Horrible customer service from the owner. Went to have a broken lug nut removed and all they did was damage my wheel. Stopped them before they could do any damage and all they did was say well we couldn’t get it off and went inside the shop.

I had trouble with a stripped lugnut and needed the tire patched, and showed up at the same time as their first mechanic. He went inside for just a moment and then got straight to work. They say cheap service isn't good and good service isn't cheap, but I got the best of both worlds.

Worse experience I have ever had with a mechanic. Hugo was a habitual liar. Had my car for over a month and didn't fix nothing. They actually made it worse and cracked my radiator. Would recommend anyplace other than this place for any work other than tires. All he can do right.

I have been to Kayla’s a few times now. They are very nice and welcoming and quick! They had to order my tire sensors. They came in when they said they would didn’t take them long to put them on. We had a slight issue getting them to work they fixed it promptly. They’re the best I will be back.

Worse service ever all I needed was a patch on my tire and the older lady there I think she's the owner comes out of the office and automatically said that I needed a new tire which was not the case😡 because right before that her mechanic had already said all I needed was a patch and to have the nail remover because my tires were brand new. I would never recommend this place to anyone the owner is going to try to rip you off 😞
