I always go here to clean my car myself. I've been to lots of different car washes before and I've never had any issues here. Facility is always clean, all of the vacuums work, the trash is never piled high (like some other car wash places) they have the scented options vacs and shampooer. I actually have never been to the automatic wash at this location. But I'm sure it works great. As long as your vehicle isn't extremely filthy. If its been months since you've washed it, I recomend the bays instead. That way you know it looks amazing and every inch in spotless!

Had the worst experience at a car in my life. The owner is a Rascist Prick. Totally unprofessional. This mf harassed me the whole time at his establishment…I’m pretty sure it was the smooth dark melanin skin and the wicks. It was like he never seen brown people before. 1st off he confronted me with the sign he put up saying no bucket washing, but I never filled my bucket with water. The 2nd time he confronted me about washing my car with a towel, but it was a drying shimmy. I was drying my car. Then he told me to pull out of the bay to dry my car because I was holding up other customers from using to the bay, but it was no other cars waiting. And the 3rd time I confronted him asking for a his name and a business card. So he ignorantly assumed that I was gone put a bad review on Google about his establishment. And he said that he doesn’t care if I do. Since he doesn’t care, I will care for him and share my experience at his establishment

This is the only car wash I have been to since I’ve lived in the area. Haven’t had too many issues, just occasionally the piece from the vacuum cleaner hose will detach or a machine will take my money and not be working but I have called in those cases and someone responded. But tonight I was appalled by the way the automated car wash looked. Definitely needs some Clorox and a good power washing. Why has it gotten so bad and nobody has come out to clean it. I felt sick just sitting there getting my car washed. Can someone please come out and fix this issue?

Don't swipe your card if you don't want to spend $20. I didn't see any price warni g or notice before I did and was sadly surprised. I could have gone through an automatic wash for that cost. Fortunately Alamance County has a surplus of car washes. (Remember Southern Pride car washes? Born here) I will stick with the ones I know that are reasonable.

I swiped my card and it charged me $20 for 2 MINUTES. The owner was ironically there so I walked up to him and he said, “I believe it gave you more than 2 minutes.” Insinuating that I was lying? Meanwhile my car had soap only on a door the rest was still dry. There’s a sign that I read that he then read to me…? It said for one swipe it’s $5 for 10 minutes. Okkkk… so why did I not get that? My bank actually just verified that this place accepted the entire $20. So now I have to take things into further measures.

Went there April 6, 2023. I used the self service bay. No price listed so swiped my credit card and got 10 minutes to wash my truck. I assumed it would be 4 or 5 dollars. Just checked the charge on line. They charged me 20 dollars for that 10 minutes. It will be the last time I go there. Could have gone to the Wave car wash for that price and stayed in my truck.

Good place to wash your vehicle. All equipment in working order. Usually not a long wait, or none for a self service bay. Automatic bays don’t get your car very clean if it is exceptionally filthy. Several times on Friday nights, hard to get in because of an abundance of teenagers hanging out. Also if using credit or debit card it charges you $20.

I went through the automatic car wash the other day and apparently had some soap that didn’t get washed off and has now left a purple stain on my new car. A few weeks ago I went and something shot off the nozzle and hit the roof of my car. I don’t think they’re doing a good job maintaining those automatic washes. They look dirty and don’t seem to do as good a job as they used to. I’ll be looking to find a way to get the stain out of my paint and will never give my money to this place again.

Previous review states wrongful charge on credit card transaction. I used a cc during my recent visit; used a self serve bay, and a $20 temporary charge was placed on my card. This later changed to the $5 stated on the wall plaque. Clean car wash, correct pricing and convenient to where we live.

Decent car wash, fair amount of ice in the bay, hard to avoid it with the colder temps. Soapy brush is the only thing that wasn't working as well as I would have expected. Other than that it is an average car wash.

Went to wash the car and the lines were still frozen even though it had warmed up. When I asked the man working if I could get my money back he argued with me and refused. Terrible service and nasty attitude. Yelled at me for wanting my money back. There has been ice left in the bays for 2 weeks and not cleaned up.

I hate to give this car wash 3 stars but today wasn't the best experience. This morning I decided to wash & vacuum my car and normally I go to this car wash. Of course it was packed with people but that was expected due to the beautiful weather. While waiting on a stole, I decided to vacuum first. I didn't bring a lot of quarters just enough to vacuum & wash. I lost $1.00 in the vacuum so I called the number listed. He answered & I explained the situation. He asked me was the vacuum machine beeping b/c he could hear it. I said " yes" then he said tap it a little sounds like the money is stuck. Once I tapped it you could hear the money fall in the machine but the vacuum still didn't work. He then said " someone prior probably jammed it again. I am across town fixing another car wash machine it will be awhile before I could get there. So I said " so I just lost my money. He laughed a little & said you can wait but its going to be awhile. I would be glad to give your money back. Two things stood out for me. How many other people lost money before & afrer me & I could of been offered a credit or my money ( which was offered) but no solution on how he could give it to me. He had my telephone number. He could of said " call me next time you are in the area so I could meet you there. He didn't even say can you put a note on the machine so others could be aware of the issue. This is why businesses goes out of business or get bad reviews. I am all for supporting businesses but sometimes you have to let them know how you as a customer feel about situations. Yes it was only $1.00 as he made me feel but I didn't have a lot of cash on me b/c my goal was to only vacuum and wash. I had to leave to go get some more cash. Inconvenience.
