Stay away if you ask for anything specific they will try and find other things and add it to your quote went in to have a rack and pinion replaced and they tried to replace all my suspension

Great first experience! Gave short notice to get an alignment done, they got me in right away. I dropped the car off and got a call to pick up in a couple of hours. And the price was much lower than the "chain" shops, without the upsell pressure and nonsense. Will be coming back for needs in the future!

OK, my family and I have been taking our business to Kellers for over 15 years. I had my car towed there after car trouble and they hit me with a $280.00 inspection fee just to tell me my engine was blown. Certainly very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Words cannot describe how pleased I am with all aspects of my experience at Keller's. First and foremost I dropped my diesel truck off with issues that Big O tires had caused due to their lack of knowledge. I gave Nate a list of concerns with the truck, and he told me he would get back to me after his Mechanics had a chance to look at it. He called me back later that day to let me know what they had found, and what they had already fixed. Then I told him about another concern I had involving multiple leaks in the engine/transmission area, he told me they would take a look at those and get back to me ASAP. Now, here's the thing, I thought there were multiple leaks under my truck, and they could have certainly let me believe that and charged as such, which is not an uncommon practice I'm sure and I would have been none the wiser. Instead he called back and let me know what they had done, and that they only found one leak. They took care of that, and also traced down an issue I had withy A/C and got that up and running as well. All of this work and when I got the bill I was extremely surprised, surprised at how affordable it was for everything they had taken care of for me. So, for all of the people who are out there looking for a very professional, affordable, and ethical auto/diesel repair shop, Keller's is it. Look no further. Thanks again for everything you guys.

My car was hydrolocked after the street flooded while I was driving. I have a performance car with modifications. And I was worried about how they would be able to handle that. Kellers did a great job at keeping me informed and helping me understand what repairs might be needed in the future. They did the work promptly and contacted me as soon as it was finished. The pricing was fair for the work that they did and I was very satisfied with the outcome. I recommend them and I personally will be going back!

Not to long ago, a former principal of mine said that to be an effective leader, you must hire the best people to surround yourself with. If you do this, then the building will essentially run itself. This is the way Nate runs his shop. He has great people who work well together and the place runs smoothly and efficiently. I have been going to Keller’s for at least a dozen years, and they have always delivered quality work at an excellent price. We've been taking our vehicle's here for oil changes the past 6 months and thought they were doing a good job. Then our car wouldn't accelerate, so we had it towed there. They said it was the transmission and multiple other issues like the oil pan and a stripped plug. They wanted $9,208 for a new transmission, $7,736 for 12 month/12k mile warranty, or $7,358 for a 100-day/3k mile warranty. We called around to compare prices and found Kellers wanted at least $2k more than surrounding repair shops, so we went elsewhere after having to pay them $170 diagnostic fee which is also around $30 more than other repair shops. Also, they were the last place to do the oil change and assess the vehicle, so why now was the oil leaking so bad that it needed a new pan and plug right away. After having someone else look at the oil leak issue, we found the pan was damaged and the plug had been tampered with. (Picture attached) Kellers is not an honest or reputable business. They take advantage of hard-working people who are just looking for honest and affordable vehicle repairs. We'll never go back!

I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Nate and his team for years now as they are always top-notch in service, customer experience, and expertise. We have a Dodge Avenger that had chronic brake issues that the dealership (nor other mechanics/shops) could solve. Brought it to Nate and he not only solved our issue, but went out of his way to meet our needs in making sure the issue was fixed. I’ve also used Nate and his Keller’s team for a new transmission in a recently purchased used truck. Kellers had it done and back to me in just over a week; the dealership wanted to quote me 4-5 weeks. I endorse this place over all others and have never looked for auto help anywhere else!

My Porsche broke down this week on Monday. I had just had a complete into end service done at the dealership one month prior and they said the car was fine. Porsche Littleton could not get my car in for two weeks to fix it. I called Keller, they got me same day, even brought me home after dropping the car off, and was able to fix the car for half the price that Porsche quoted me! Excellent customer customer service would highly recommend. I will be here from now on instead of going to the dealership

Absolutely do not come here if you can do anything to avoid it! Classic mechanic story. I bring my car in with a problem, they claim to fix it and send me on my way. Two days later, my car is in worse shape than it was and now they want an additional $2500 for me to fix it and wanna try to talk me in circles about how they tested this and that and just wouldn’t have known and still can’t be sure of what the issue is. Fix your processes, do better by your customers. Be better! Do not come here!!!
