They handled my AAA tow of my Lexus when she broke down. The office staff was friendly and honest about their timeline. Fred was my mechanic and took the time to call, explain the process and my options. It was a dialogue, and he explained everything well. Met the owner who treated me professionally and reasonably. JM Auto Service and Collision is honest, reliable and we 100% recommend. We picked up our car from the VPC after having it shipped from a storage facility and the car had numerous problems. It was undriveable and we were stranded. JM ran diagnostics and got to work right away. Parts were ordered and hours put in to get us back on the road. It took a few days because of the extensive problem but they kept us informed every step of the way with phone calls and pictures. We felt confident in their work and knowing they only did what was needed, and kept the price down whenever possible. Fred was amazing as our mechanic and even called us a couple days after we left on our long journey home to make sure we got there okay and the car was running like it should. Wish we lived closer so we could use JM Auto Service and Collision for all of our automotive needs.

They where very polite and professional. Sent an email every step of the process letting me know what was happening and the time it would take as well as letting me know if they weren't going to finish on time the possible reseason they might need more time if needed. They met their deadline as they had stated. The work was fabulous! You can't even tell my car was in an accident. I looks brand new the way I bought it. They even went over everything they did. Thanks to all there I'm very happy with the job they did. I highly recommend them.

I had my car towed here after calling ahead and being assured it could be looked at right away. After it being dropped off, I didn't hear from them. I followed up to find it had been dropped off and signed for, but when I asked if received they said no. A week went by before they found my vehicle. One month passed before they looked at it, and 1.5 months went by before they told me it was unrepairable. I gave them two stars for the Service team, who was apologetic, and kind about the delays.

Didn't use repair shop, but did use Johns tow service. Dispatcher Rene was very friendly. Tow driver David arrived in a timely manner. Asked me a few questions and then loaded me up. Used other tow companies, but these 2 people made this experience great. If I ever need a tow again (hopefully not...lol), hopefully, they'll be the ones I deal with.

In the past 2 weeks, I have spoken to and met four excellent employees at Rickenbaugh Collision Repair East in Aurora, Colorado on Chambers Rd. Dan, John, Sean, and Tiffany were great to work with and did an outstanding job with my Volvo XC60 that had some minor damage. They were prompt, and more than that, professional and on time! Came by to see if they can help with my headlights since they burned out and Jim went out of his way and beyond. He hooked it up installing both of my burnt head and fog light. Let me just let you know I have a Jeep Cherokee and it's digging in to get these lights fixed. He was very friendly and very helpful. Have some hail damage to body and window and I will definitely be back here. Very very satisfied

Fred and Jordan are great to work with. They are friendly, kind and accommodating. Fred took me back to the shop and thoroughly explained to me and showed me how he diagnosed the problem on my vehicle. I left my vehicle with them and went home to Iowa. I flew back to Colorado and drove it back to Iowa after Fred fixed it. Fred called me twice on my way home to see if everything was working well and to check on me. Great customer service! Fred and Jordan are honest, sincere & caring businessmen.

Customer service is horrible. I didn’t make it 2 feet past the door. Was met by an old man with a fake diamond in his ear. After he took my estimate from the insurance company, he proceeded to tear it apart instead of taking the staple out. Then he proceeded to tell me that he couldn’t work 2011 BMW Alpina B7 because it was too old. Wow!!! They were the fifth auto body shop I had been to trying to find someone that could start before September. Never had anyone tell me that the vehicle was too old. Guess they couldn’t make the money he wanted. He really was horrible!!!

The job isn't done until it's done and you're satisfied! This is the unspoken motto and action-oriented disposition of the guys over at JM Auto Service and Collision. The guys, Jordan, Fred, and Dave worked diligently to repair my 2011 Honda Pilot and bring it back to top notch working condition after my accident with a commercial vehicle. They wouldn't give up until problems where solved and I felt safe driving it. I know my car is old, but it's mine, bought and paid for. After several tries dealing with the Dodge Dealership - I called JM Auto Service and asked if they had a diesel mechanic that could diagnose my issue and they said YES. They made an appointment for the next morning and the mechanic -FRED- was awesome. He was available on time - I didn't have to wait. He figured out my issue quickly and corrected within less than an hour. I was so happy to be back on the road safe and sound. I will take my truck to them from now on.

my cousin left their car here in October and he still waiting for them to finish up. They keep saying they’ll give the car back on Monday or Friday! It’s a simple Bumper replacement!!! Man save your money and time. Full of lies. The toothpick in the front desk always has an attitude.

I had some truck problems and ended up getting my vehicle towed to JM Auto. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. The manager was open and helped me out almost as soon as I walked in the building. Fred, I believe the head mechanic got to my truck within a day to try and diagnose the problem. He went out of his way to do that and figured out the problem and had me out of there that same day. Any vehicle problems or issues I have moving forward I will take to JM Auto. Good people who do good work.

The tensioner & serpentine belt failed on my 2016 Mini Cooper while out running errands in 98 degree heat. I was called within an hour after the tow truck delivered the vehicle by the service department for a brief introduction. The customer service is amazing. Each person I spoke with was kind and courteous. I was given an estimate for parts & labor before the parts were ordered. My car was dropped off on a Friday and I had it back 3 days earlier than expected with No surprise additional costs to the repairs. Customer Service is #1 priority at this establishment. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my car. If you like to use local small businesses please use this place.

You know when a person is doing good business cause you and the business you are engaged with, will be on the same page or have the facts of what was actually done. I went to JM because I had an insurance claim and estimate already but the shop before hand decided that because some parts were obsolete they wouldn't care to do the job. JM was fortunate enough to use my customer provided parts that I sought for with the insurance check while some parts they didn't need to replace only repaired or the originals were not damaged. Also that some parts on the estimate are not available so do you charge for parts that never came in or actually never used for the repair? Which is a significant amount of the estimate, is it my fault for not being thorough in my review of the parts needed to actually repair the vehicle and math of that, also considering they are charging me for those parts. I have paid $3,700 in cash or credit which we ended on being okay with but now it may seem I'm overpaying or the insurance was based off the rarity of the vehicle or parts that again never came in, obsolete, or were repaired. My deductible is a $1,000 and believe me when I say I am not getting away with not paying that. So they ended up keeping $5,700 of my cash or credit an extra $1,000 of mine that was no part of the claim deductible. Also somehow managed to supplement more parts after I received my vehicle back from their storage lot. State farm seemed to not care to help me and it was very difficult to understand how they got away with it. They robbed me and committed insurance fraud and I believe they believe it was legit. One day you will find your case. Also their $80 wheel alignment was the exact same from when (I) put the car onto Emily Griffith Technical Colleges Alignment machine.

Picked up my truck today and am finding multiple parts loose 1 which I called out when I picked it up and they fixed. but upon having the truck for a couple hours I’m realizing my tailgate isn’t opening or closing right, do to a plastic they left detached/loose it is also now rubbing on the bottom right side and removing paint from both the tailgate and right under the taillighte whenever I open or close it. I did not have any of these issues before and checked my truck throughly right before taking it I to rickenbaugh therefore sure I was not having these issues before

Today I picked up my car from JM, I’m so excited! I loved the finished job and my experience with them was great 😊 Jordan helped me out with great attitude throughout the whole process even though we had some issues with insurance he was able to help me out with that as well. They've had our vehicle for over a month with no communication and today when we went to check on it (today being the day we were told it would be ready) after numerous calls, their doors are locked before closing! There are people literally waiting for answers on their cars. Terrible service and they still have our car.

This has been miserable. And I manage a fleet and have dealt with multiple other boby shops. They have had my car for over 5 months. They dont communicate at all. Every update I've gotten has been when I've called them. The excuses are unbelievable at this point telling me oh we've had a part sent to the wrong address, or this one was damaged during transit. We're having this overnighted... 3 weeks ago! I can't believe anything they tell me. And the General Manager is the one who's "supposedly" overseeing my car so hes the one that should have all the right answers and all I get are lies. Go anywhere else! This is ridiculous

My vehicle is in the shop now. So far, great customer service, friendly atmosphere. They have a strict contract, so i'm waiting to see how it works out with my insurance company at the end. But they have assured me that they have worked with my insurance company in the past. Also, I have a vehicle currently there under my same insurance company. I got my vehicle back. I will give it a 4 out of 5 Please keep whatever check your insurance company gives you. You will have to pay with it at the end. But I didn't have to pay anything extra. That was in. The so-called, I said, strict contract.
