What a great experience! I brought my very new car in for some body work and Tony was so kind, honest and got me in quickly to take care of my car. 2 convenient locations now…. 1 in Aurora and a new one just opened in Fort Lupton!!! My entire friends and family have gone to this shop for years to get our cars repaired, and every single time they deliver. Called to schedule in a paint job on a thursday and they were apparently busy so he told me they could get me in the next Thursday at 10am. Showed up a week later (as scheduled), and the lady at the front said whoever I talked to was out of town until the next week (not even knowing who I talked to in the first place). Being on a short time frame, I was already starting to get frustrated that I was penciled in for a 10am dropoff a week after my initial call just for the guy to be out of town for another week. She gave me the number of the two guys she knew who dealt with scheduling and told me to try them and let them know to call the shop to tell them to start working on the car on the same day as the dropoff. Tried both numbers and the call was declined after a few rings (on both numbers). [*Fast Forward*] Eventually got in touch with the owner(Tony) and scheduled to have it done the next day(friday). After not hearing from them on friday, I called and they said they could get it done by Monday at 1. [*Fast forward to monday*] They needed more time so we scheduled for 6pm instead. Upon picking up the vehicle, the bumper was not able to be installed due to impact bar damage, but since it was removed they charged me for labor ($100). They also charged me for bumper assembly but I installed that bumper myself, besides the grille. (POSITIVES) + The quality of paint job given the circumstances was great. + They worked with me to get things done my way. + Tony, being on vacation, was very transparent about the process, and at a good price. (NEGATIVES) - There are only a select few who speak English, and this causes a great deal of miscommunication. - They booked me in but weren't expecting me once I arrived... - They don't call you for any updates or confirmation, you have to call them. - They pushed the finish date 3 times because of bad time management. - My left headlight was messed up after picking up the car. - Since the vehicle was finished way past the agreed date, I asked for a discount but they said there was other underlying damage that they fixed free of charge (which I didn't agree to or ask for) and that nulled any potential discount. All in all, I paid 700 for a fender and bumper paint job, and old bumper removal

Recommended by a family friend connected to the Lujans and said he had a great experience with an autobody repair. Contacted Tony that I had 2 separate claims with 2 insurance companies. He said it wouldn't be a problem. They did a wonderful job on both (front and rear bumpers) in a 2 week time period. They even went above and beyond with a new Chevrolet emblem above the back bumper and replaced the license plate lightbulbs that had burnt out. Superior workmanship and awesome customer service relaying timelines. My car is a 2015 model and almost looks brand new! I highly recommend their high-quality services and exceptional turnaround. Other collision centers were very backed up, even to get an estimate. They also offer car maintenance services, which I may use for new shocks on a second vehicle.
