Honest solid folks, they fix what needs to be fixed and are very fairly priced. I had my wife take my tahoe in at 7 pulled out at 930 am with ice cold air. I highly recommend anyone in area needing ac work done to have them do it!

I advise any anyone do not go there to get your a/c fixed. The guy running the place is a liar and a cheater. He over changed me for a a/c compressor. And over charge for everything else. Got my truck back after paying $1200.00. And I still don’t have a/c. Lord knows I wanna do something to him. I’m taking it back. And they are going to fix my a/c or else. I used Kellogg years ahead they had a great reputation back then. But his guy is a new owner and just using the name to get business. Don’t use them.

They were fantastic! Had me fixed in 24 hours and did so for $950 when dealer wanted $2,500. And I never told them what Wray said. Kellogg said the problem was same as dealer said and told me it would be expensive. I had saved up $1,500 cause the dealer said $2,500. When Kellogg said $950 I said get on it and they gave me a ride etc. Loved it. It's not pretty and clean like the waiting room at the dealer but I'd rather have the extra $$$

Great guys here! We were passing through on a long trip when our air cut out. They were kind enough to pause their current work and take a look at the car just before close. Even though we weren’t able to leave the car there for repair, they still gave an opinion on the issue for us to look into.

Very excellent work! He was fast and much cheaper than any other mechanics I got quotes from. Will refer him to anyone 10 times over! He instantly knew the problem (compressor) and fixed it within our means, budget and schedule. Our car went from absolutely no A/C to blowing snowballs INSTANTLY. We are beyond satisfied with his work.

Do NOT take your car to Kellogg's. I explained the problem to the man at the counter. He told me it would be $1100 to fix my car. I paid it and the original problem still exists. They did not fix the problem AND while they had my car, they broke a piece that I paid to replace. The man at the counter is rude and does not know his business. Again, I would recommend that you go somewhere else. Also, this business is not BBB accredited.

Do not take your car here. These folks seem to be distracted...... If you know what I mean. The told me my compressor was bad when in fact it was something else completely. They only want to rip your compressor and coils out and replace them. They do this because it's all they know how to do. . Very dissapointing seeing as 15 years ago this place was an amazing ac shop. What a shame.

Took my wife's vehicle here to have an ac manifold leak fixed. Not only were they able to get the part, but they were also able to finish it the same day for nearly 2 times less than what the service department at Chevy told us it would cost. AMAZING! Oh, and we personally think the leak was caused by the Chevrolet service department, but they deny any and all responsibility.

This is a 4th generational family owned business. Since 1973. It's first come first serve. It's an extremely busy service center, be prepared to show up early, plan on leaving your vehicle, having a ride or if possible for the staff they will provide transportation home or to your work. They try to the best service you can get and will ensure and guarantee the job is done, no scams or rip offs here. Love it.

We had taken our car to 2 other repair shops because the heat and air would not blow. Both places gave us quotes so high we didn’t leave our vehicle with them. Kellogg’s took our car in one afternoon, and had it fixed by the next morning, with a fraction of our previous estimates. They know their business! We are so grateful for their honesty and fast turnaround time. We will recommend this company to all of our friends and family.

They repaired one thing and broke another however refused to take responsibility and then wanted to charge an additional $1,900 to repair a compressor that costs $200.

He told me it would cost me $3400 to replace the compressor then I went and bought the compressor for 260 and fixed it for only 125 it was less than $400 don't trust anyone

This shop is in my neighborhood and I walk past it often . Sometimes I stop and visit with some of the people who work here . I've never had them do any work on any vehicles that I owned , but they have a great reputation for their work . They have been in business as long as I can remember and I've never heard anything negative about the work that they do .

Warning: Do Not Bring Your Vehicle Here As a military veteran and educator in this community, I feel compelled to warn others about my recent experience at Kellogg's Auto Air Inc. I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic, and they charged me a ridiculous fee upfront just to "look at it." I was then quoted over $2,000 for repairs. Thankfully, I sought a second opinion. Another reputable mechanic had my car fixed the SAME DAY for only $100. The problem was simple, and nothing close to what Kellogg's tried to claim. When I confronted the shop about the extreme difference, I was met with a dismissive response: "Well, that's how we do things." Unfortunately, after speaking to others in the area, I’ve learned that this is a pattern with this shop — price gouging, misdiagnosing, and taking advantage of customers who trust them. Their business practices are unethical, unprofessional, and predatory. It’s shameful to see companies like this profiting by deceiving hard-working people in our community. I hope this review serves as a caution to anyone considering using their services. Do your homework, get a second opinion, and protect yourself from being taken advantage of.
