Customer service was good prior to work being done. Ended up Costing me an LS 6.2 L aluminum block due to shop not knowing what they were doing and boring it (a to be twin turbo motor) out to 4.095, thus rendering the Block useless due to the fact that aluminum blocks are prone to sleeve movement especially when boosted and bored out that much. Valve job on cylinder heads consisted of taking them to an angle grinder. After numerous phone calls was able to get a $200 refund for the cylinder head damage that was done but did not compare to what it cost me to have them redone correctly by having all new valve seats, valves both intake and exhaust as well as various other items repaired and or fixed. Would definitely look around before taking your LS engine here, Even after they say we are “experts” in LS engines.

I had them rebuild a toyota tacoma head about 5 years ago and they did a great job. I then had them rebuild that same engine about a year ago and it's been running great with no issues at all. Randy was great to deal with, I will definitely be using them again in the future if needed.

Waited forever to have my 4.3 done only to get the completely wrong block back i brought in they told us they bored it 30 over i kept wondering why because the engine my father an i brought was in great shape just had bunch of leaks etc and 180 on dash i needed it for lawn care and was already behind schedule. I end up having to take motor back out once i realized it was a different block cause none of the wire harness was plugging up.I just end up letting them tap and drill new plugs for wire harness cause everything was different on that engine. Soon as I got it in the thing leaked more then the other engine did before bringing it in. He did tell me he would rebuild my block but it would be another few weeks. I had already lost out on so much money with my lawn service company that I couldn't take nomore losses. Note for anyone having their motor built by them make sure you get your original block back. I guess they just thought since it was a lower end motor 🤷 who cares but we really did.
