I had a great experience with Ken Garff Body and Glass. There was an issue I was concerned about after my car was fixed after the accident but Cord and Troy went above and beyond to rectify the problem. I'm really appreciative of the level of care that I received after I raised the issue. No one ever got defensive or rude instead they took action and made me feel like they actually do care about their customers and do whatever is necessary to make sure that their customers leave happy.

My car took some damage and Ken Garff body and glass was the closest authorized repair center. They have an online quote option that worked out great for me, they sent me a link asking some questions then uploaded photos. After I submitted my file, Logan called with some follow up questions and set an appointment. The work was done perfectly and sooner than initially quoted. If nothing else, go check out the front office, they have the largest collection of indoor plants in the state (probably).

As I walking through the door, I was greeted by Cheyenne who listened to me and made me feel welcomed. I didn't have business with them but they still took time to answer my questions. Alan was amazing by allowing me to use his magnet to get a part out of my engine multiple times. Jocelyne, Tyler, and Cord were great at listening to my question and letting me know that I was on the right path with my maintenance with my car. Yes I would give this place five stars due to the amazing people and the time they didn't have to use on me to help with a question. I don't think people realize is that these people went outside the box to help a random person who walked in off the street with the professionalism they did. If I get body damage I will bring it to them. Thank you guys!!!

Took my car to replace the driver side mirror that was damaged by the winds in September. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. Their customer service was smooth, completed the task in half a day, used original Honda parts and provided warranty, and also cleaned the interior and exterior of my car ( didn’t even ask for this but loved it)!! Looks so much better than when I dropped it off! The overall cost was reasonable! If you want to get a hold of folks or your agent, the best time to call would be before 8:30am. Thank you Grant!

I’ve used Ken Garff Auto body and glass for the past 3 windshield replacements on my jeep. I needed a windshield replacement but decided to go with mobile service, Fusion Auto glass, this technician removed my windshield and revealed that the inside on my windshield holder was all scratched from tools I can only guess was from here. Luckily he patched it for me at no cost to me. This is how Ken garff treats your car. I regret ever going to them. Other places charged $800-$850 for gorilla glass and Ken Garff charged me $1100. Call Fusion Auto glass. They’ll treat you right.

The staff was really friendly. The glass chip they fixed was great. But when they were done working on it they didn't pull back out the side mirror on the passenger side. They pushed it in probably to get more room to glass chip. I found it out when I got on I-15 and tried to look out on my passenger side mirrors. I couldn't see anything and it was completely terrifying. I know I should have checked it before I left. Their drink machine inside and lounge is awesome. And they were really quick.
