I was very pleased I was able to get right in without an appointment as my vehicle was not really drivable for long periods of time. I was not expecting to to have it serviced that day as I just wanted to drive it enough to get to the service center. Dalton was very pleasant and was able to have it worked on same day. He communicated with me throughout the day and I was able to pick it up that day. I really appreciate the whole experience.

Took 2 months to work on my 017 Chevy Silverado truck putting in a new engine that was covered under tje extended warranty I added when purchasing. They did not communicate well with time frame and progress on the truck. Had to call many times to get updates. Still waiting to hear after they called on November 6th and said it was done but would need to drive it to make sure there were no issues after the new engine cooling lines and radiator and have not heard anything over a week ago now.

I had a terrible experience with Kenny Kent Chevrolet. In May/June 2024, they misdiagnosed my Chevy Trax, quoting $4,000 in repairs, but a local shop fixed it for $1,100. Then, after buying a 2023 Chevy Colorado, I noticed the brake sensor showed 13% on the front brakes after less than 100 miles. The service department first claimed the brakes were fine, then later quoted $500 for replacements. When I questioned this, the salesman told us the service department was just trying to make money. A local shop confirmed the brakes were fine but the rotors were slightly warped, and we didn’t need immediate repairs. The service report from Kenny Kent listed unnecessary fixes, which I later learned were inflated to generate business. This dealership overcharges, misleads customers, and provides poor communication. I wouldn’t recommend them and advise always getting a second opinion on repairs. Also, our dealer promised us a paint pen for our Colorado, and we still have not received it or any type of confirmation that it is in.

Don’t get any of your service work done here. I dropped a truck off two weeks ago needing a new alternator, oil change and a new fuel filter. 2 weeks later the truck is still parked in the same spot untouched. I called to try to get a status update and I either get put on hold for 30 min, transferred out to a message center that can’t help me, disconnected or told the person handling the case isn’t in. I tried to walk into the service counter even and was told the guy (Dalton) was out. It has been very fustrating to get the run around to even get a status update. 2 weeks and counting.

Very disappointed in my experience being able to purchase my first new vehicle I wouldn’t recommend to anyone had a lot of unexplained warranties tacked on my account I have been making payments for two years which has cost more than my 2024 I guess commissions are more important than customer satisfaction.

I had an oil leak. I told them what another mechanic who couldn’t fix it said the problem was. So instead of checking for that specific problem they tell me I need a new engine. Called a good friend who recommended me take it elsewhere. I did so. The problem was what I originally was told it was. Fixed and no problem since. I had a previous problem with KK. My vehicle has been running fine. Stay away from this place. It’s owned by Berkshire Hathaway (Buffett).
