The first time I had my car done, I was new to the area and I went on a trip while my car was being repaired. I asked them to deliver my car to my home to make it look as though someone was home. they did not know me from Adam, but they complied without hesitating. the price for the work was spot on. I just bought a new used car with 48,000 miles on it that was running beautifully. After 1 month, the car started stalling out and the engine light was flashing. Took it in to a different shop and they replaced spark plugs which did not fix the problem so, on the recommendation of my friends Deb and Geo, I went to Kerr's. This is a family owned business. Both the wife, Angie, and the husband, P.J., work there. I calked, took car in next day and it was fixed that day. (Ignition coil) They couldn't have been nicer, professional and knowledgeable in all things cars. Price was reasonable, fast service. I highly recommend Kerr's for your car repairs.

Kerr's Auto ALWAYS take care of me! Great people! They're honest business owners that look out for the customer's best interest and not just their wallets. Recent experience, unknowingly got a busted transmission from a yard and brought it to Kerr's. Instead of installing the bad part, they refused to, said they could but in good conscience wouldn't. Angie found me a better transmission to boot the same day. They saved me the expense of getting the job done twice or just having to replace the vehicle. I'm very grateful someone brought me to Kerr's. Definitely a customer for life. Thanks! P.S. They have Twinkies! ^_^

Had a wheel bearing go bad. It was really bad by time I realized that was the problem. Called them at 8am and they told me to bring it up and they would take a look. Not sure they could do it the same day. They confirmed the problem and had part ordered immediately and by 1:30 it was done and ready to pick up. Very polite, honest, and price was very reasonable! I found my new mechanics and will be recommending everyone to them.

My jeep broke down on Sunday & had to have it towed. Had it taken to Kerr's by recommendation. They were closed, I left a note with my key in the box. Called them first thing Monday morning. They had everything fixed (AND I added on replacing my front/rear brakes!)...by the end of the day! COMPLETELY impressed, awesome customer service& very reasonable pricing. I will be doing all my auto services through them from now on!

Kerr’s is truly the only place to go for any car work needed. I had a serious issue that could have turned bad fast. They squeezed me in and made sure to get the work done on my only off day during the week to help me out. Honest people, always going above and beyond, and explaining every step of the way what’s happening with the vehicle so that you understand the work needed and what happened. I will never step foot in another shop ever, this is the only place to get your work done! Thank you guys for all you do.
