I’m only leaving a review hoping that management will realize this place needs help. It’s close to our house so it’s convenient but this place needs a lot of work. For one, the card reader in the drive up wash selector doesn’t work half of the time… almost too much of a hassle to even try and purchase a wash. (Please get a new one- the employee said it’s broken and works sometimes.) Second, the wash doesn’t clean the vehicles well… back of vehicle still has dirt as well as the front of vehicle after wash. Lastly, I’m almost certain the vacuums haven’t been serviced in a long time… the suction on most that I’ve tried is horrible. The only positive things I can say is that the staff seem pretty helpful and friendly and there is never a line. Matter a fact, I am usually alone when I go and it’s nice to not have to wait but I bet it would be busier if the service was improved. I’d even consider monthly membership if I had more confidence in this place. Lots of room for improvement here- Kuna is expanding but there are wayyy better washes in the Valley that this place currently does not compare to.

I think the employees need to be out to help customers faster. We had to sit there a little to long. Also they should try to make sure to clean the windows and tires better than they do. I usually leave with spots they missed that shouldn't have been missed.

I have been through the wash 6 times. Same bug guts are still on my windshield. My wheels and bumpers never get cleaned fully. I recommend retraining the team members. Lately, when I use the wash, something doesn't work right or is out of cleaning product. Twice now, I have pulled up to see a car going through the wash, and I will fill up with gas and go to get a wash, and both lanes are closed during open hours. I have updated my review to a 1-star. I went to go wash my truck washed and yet again, the car wash was closed during operating hours. An employee was lazily walking around on his cell phone, and the car wash was closed during operating hours. Employee should be fired on the spot. 1 employee should be enough to send cars through the wash. I know they wipe down the car first, but because the employees actually only clean what the car wash will clean, they don't clean what the car wash misses. Wheels bumpers tailgate, etc. I have canceled my service and will go to a car wash that actually values their customers.

Went to car wash to be closed at 740, why? I pay monthly fee and should have the ability to wash car during full business hrs. No, it's not raining, car wash inside lights and doors open, white car backed up by car was office, but cones blocking both entrance lanes.

Got my car washed at 4:45 on 8/10/24. The employee guiding my car into the bay was very clearly debilitated by drugs and unable to do his job. The much younger and more professional employee operating the card machine had to step in and take over for him.

Sometimes the computer freezes, manager will wash your car and ask you to get cash from the store and bring it back. Anytime it happened he's given me a free wash card. As far as wash quality goes it's among the best I've been to in the state.

I am signed up on the monthly wash which is great and I can go as many times as needed. The issue I have is that It seems I get a different level of service each time I get a wash, some of the employees take their time and make sure to really pay attention to the back and front of the car, most do not. Towels are definitely an issue, 4 out of 5 times I go, there are no clean towels in the bins. Convenient but could be better

The manager has my number and has had it for over a week. I gave him plenty of time and now I’d like to be contacted about the extensive damage to my car. He needs to contact me tomorrow. (May 19th, 2025) The manager never contacted me and I still had to chase him down myself. They won’t fix the extreme damage to my car. My car is starting to rust now from the paint and primer that was ripped off of it from this wash.

The employees put in a ton of effort at this car wash. Super impressed! On a side note: the car wash scratched my entire vehicle, Which now requires an entirely new paint job. The management and employees have been super helpful, but nothing has been resolved yet. I will update this review once progress has been made on the repairs.

Came here for the first time since this is kuna’s first nice car wash not too impressed on how much dirt and dust was left. The vacuum suction was pretty weak compared to other big car wash places. Gets a two star only because the sides were the only thing was was clean

I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but I hope this feedback is helpful for improvement. On a positive note, the employee on site was working hard on his own and even went above and beyond by doing extra power washing on my vehicle. However, the facility itself was lacking — there were no towels available, all trash cans were full, and the vacuums had very little suction. Overall, the location appeared dirty and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend or return.

I don’t normally write reviews (good or bad) but this was, by far, the worst car wash experience EVER. I went through twice & my car is still dirty. On top of that, I waited for 15 minutes to even go through. It seems as though the actual parts inside the car wash are not working properly. Once I came out there were no towels to be found and every single garbage can was overflowing with trash. In fact, there was so much trash that it was also all over the sidewalk. On top of all of that all the vacuums I used either did not work or were broken where they attach to the vacuum hose. On a positive note, the girl working there was working her butt off running back and forth helping cars and spent extra time spraying my car down. I’m honestly shocked this place is still open because every person I’ve talked to has said this car wash has been this way since it opened and they will never return. Such a bummer since it’s the only one in the area!

UPDATE - I went through the wash today 9/27 and it is working well again!! I didn't try the vacuums though. Also the attendant did a great job pre- washing!! ☆ rating - I have the monthly unlimited washes. For at least the last month the car wash has not been dispensing soap, one of the rinsing spray nozzles is like a jet stream and most of the vacuums have no suction and/or are broken. I have tried to contact them several times and ways and have not gotten any response and they have obviously not remedied the problems. I'm hoping this review will get someone's attention.

Haven’t been here in awhile after another issue and remembered why I usually use the gas station up the road. I only came to this one because I just needed my car semi clean and needed the vacuums. But having to go through twice and still ending up to the point of being able to write on the windows is frustrating.

Paid $40 for the platinum membership. The car had no waxing done to it, windows, tires, side mirrors and grill are still filthy, the blast wash for the bottom never happened. They refused to refund. Which is sad because I paid for a platinum wash and even if it were a basic I’d still call it a bad deal. I did see some foam on the car as we went through but my guess is the equipment is too old to work properly or they are intentionally giving bad car washes.

This is what the back of my car looked like after going through the car wash, doesn’t even look like water touched it. Not impressed, waste of money. Also seems like more than half of the vacuums don’t work at any given time.
