They were friendly, fast and efficient. There were a couple things outside of the immediate problem they discovered but did not push me to fix those right now and focused on getting my car safely running. They even came and picked me up when I said my ride wouldn’t be available for another couple of hours (thought he it helps I love just down the road). Definitely will be going there in the future.

I brought my autistic son there after being there once before. I wasn't to happy but I tried to go somewhere I felt semi familiar, and wouldn't take advantage of him after I left. $127.00 to loosen bolts on his tires. Then didn't even finish the job!!! Left him broke and confused. No more people in my life will get brought to you in the future. BTW..My check engine light came on !! GREAT JOB 🙄

This is the third time getting an oil change here and the second time they had to keep my vehicle due to not having the correct parts. Not once did they offer a discount or reimbursement for my Uber home and to work the next day. When asked if they had a rental or if they would help with Uber or something comparable they told me no. This was not a spur of the moment oil change this was scheduled out a week in advance (as well as the others have been). Also they never offer to top fluids, for $150 oil change I would expect something. They were not helpful and did not care that I was inconvenienced aside from an apology but still had to pay full price plus Ubers for home work and to pick up my vehicle. Absolute trash!!!

If you aren’t a regular customer they will rake you over the coals for whatever repair they can and then add some of their own. Went in for new tires those were reasonably priced and then i get a call back with an extensive list of just about every front suspension part needing replacement. I only chose to fix one that they claimed they absolutely had to do for safety even though i had recently replaced many front suspension parts. The day I picked it up I immediately noticed it was making a humming noise that it wasn’t before. Took it back and they said I needed a front wheel bearing, kind of odd it wasn't making that before I brought it in and paid $1400 for repairs on the front suspension. Come summertime I try to use my A/C for the first time and it doesn’t work, instead of taking it back for what they would claim is a new compressor I decided to look for myself. Low and behold the plug going to the compressor right next to the control arm they replaced was unplugged. Seems like they wanted me to come back?? The plug didn't fall out by chance, I needed just short of a hammer to get it back in fully. I also took my truck in for a simple alignment prior to this and they claimed I needed new $200 lug nuts, wouldn’t doubt if they destroyed them and claimed I needed new ones because my car I brought in actually had the swollen lug nuts they claimed and they never said a thing when I got my tires replaced. I understand making money, we all want to make money but you just lost what would have been a lifetime customer because of terrible business practices.

Was recommended to go to this shop for an alignment. Dropped off the vehicle and waited for 2 hours before we got a call that several issues were found with the car and that it could not be done. After picking up the vehicle, upon further review, there was only one minor problem that could cause them not to align the vehicle. We also got charged a fee that we were not told about, but apparently it's on a sign inside the building. Talked to the owner about our frustration and was talked over and basically told that my husband didn't know what he was looking at. My husband has been an automotive technician for over 10 years!!! Very rude and poor customer service! Also, if you don't replace what they tell you to then they will not fix your vehicle. I guess they like to make money by making people pay for other parts that aren't even broken. What a joke!

Went for a wheel alignment, got home too inspect that my sway bar link was off just hanging… You would think it would be more professional for them too say something because it was clearly noticeable. Mind you it was on when I brought the car too them, Because I installed everything myself. I also had a second person’s opinion at that time too make sure everything was tight and on properly. Also after leaving them my car isn’t running properly all of a suddenly… it’s misfiring and turns over but when you give it gas it turns off…

Horrible experience. Dropped off our vehicle the night before to make appointment easy. They did an alignment then took it for a test drive. During the test drive the wheel fell off. 4/5 lug nuts fell off in the parking lot where the vehicle was sitting in a pile. This ruined the almost brand new wheel and wheel spacer. They had to put on the spare. We were then charged for two alignments and removing the wheel spacers. Costing $270. This doesn’t include the extra $150 we have to pay to replace our wheel. They said that the wheel falling off was our fault. Mind you we drove 20 miles to go to this place with zero problems with wobbles or sounds that the wheel was loose. Unsure if the wheel was tampered with overnight when we left it in their parking lot. Wouldn’t know because they have no security cameras to monitor the parking lot that has a lot of vehicles in it. Definitely would not recommend this business.

Excellent work and prompt response to any questions prior to mechanical work. Definitely recommend and decent prices for services. Jared was busy with many clients making calls and definitely can tell business is booming but despite that he did not hesitate to assist me or ever keep me waiting. As I mentioned very polite and professional with clients and from the short time I was there organized. My first time there but will return for other automotive work 😊

Did not inform me, that they charge a 3% when you use a credit card. Also was charged for a safety inspection, that they did not tell me about. I am a new customer , I was a new customer. I will go back to Firestone, at least I know what I am going to be charged. They may have some good reviews but they also have alot of bad reviews.

I’m a first time customer. Very professional and friendly staff. Went in for a snapped alternator belt which they fixed and found a few other issues I hadn’t known about. Communication was clear, the work needed was discussed upfront. They were able to get me in right away. Happy about the price and quality of work. Overall everything you’d want from a professional automotive repair shop.

Hello! 👋 I debated this review.. I debated going back to Klamm for service and to bring flowers for the woman at the counter; just to make it better on myself. I appreciated the technicians, the service that “could” be done. My vehicle was put onto the jack for an alignment and found to have a broken strut. I, from the booking phone call, dealt with their receptionist; NOT FRIENDLY, but not mean. They need to sort through the FACE of their business. I ended up being charged 48 dollars to leave. I went to Firestone. I wanted to go back to Klamm, but couldn’t. Customer service is fleeting.
