MY FRIEND HAD MY VEHICLE FIXED AT THIS PLACE HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS GO TAHOE AND I PREVIOUSLY HAD IT REPAIRED SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE I AM IMPATIENT AND COULDN'T WAIT UNTIL MY APPT ...WELL BECAUSE OF MY DECISION IT COST MONEY THAT COULD BEEN USED AT THIS AWSOME SHOP TO FIX MORE THINGS AS THEY FOUND PROBLEM IN MINUTES THEY REPAIRED IT EXTREMELY FAST ,PROFESSIONAL, AND SO WELL KNOWLEDGED....THEY TELL U TRUTH AND DO NOT OVERCHARGE ONE BIT IN FACT THEY BEST EVER AND FROM NOW ON NO ONE WILL TOUCH ANYONE'S VEHICLE OTHER THAN THESE TRUE MECHANICS ....PLEASE GO THERE IT'S WORTH IT THEY WILL NEVER SCAM OR LIE TO YOU ...SHOCKED AT PRICES AND THEY WILL REMAIN IN BUISNESS PROBABLY YEARS TO COME OR UNTIL THEY DECIDE NOT TO WHICH HOPE WON'T HAPPEN OUT 5 STARS THEY GET 5 !!!!!THANK U AGAIN ! 👌👌👌👌

I have been going to Don and Dales for decades. First Tommy, now Jake. Family operation. Totally honest. They keep your car running without piling on cost. And they will tell you when it's time to part ways. One of my cars has 280,000 miles and still is going strong. My new car will go to this shop that the minute the factory coverage expires.

Definite go to mechanic in the Racine area or if you can make it from where you are, I'd travel here over conveyance. I've used this shop three times now for 3 different vehicles and I'm more than satisfied! It's hard to find a upfront honest and follow through mechanic shop and just over all great positive service in any business and this is such a blessing! If you go anywhere else, I wish you the best but I'm only coming here if I can, I don't trust anybody else word over this one and I read people well. This my third and shop and I look forward to a long going dependable well valued relationship with this business. The owner is a well needed leader in this industry today that's lacking!
