Took my truck in to get tuned up. They gave me an $800 estimate and then handed me a $2200 bill when I arrived. They had replaced the carburetor without notifying me and now the truck cannot reach a speed above 35 mph since it is the WRONG carburetor. I've filed with the Better Business Bureau, but KNR refuses to acknowledge the problem. I'll be suing in the coming months.

The best experience in the desert. Truck went out on the 15 and took it to them. Thought it was the rack and pinion so they ordered a replacement. Had it ready before the truck arrived the next day. They investigated it and found the issue to be a broken bolt on the rear strut. They quickly replaced it and worked with me to pick up the trick the same day. Whenever I'm in the area and have trouble with a vehicle, I will be taking it there. Thanks team.

Happened to drive past this place one night on the way to the movies and decided to give them a call the next morning to get an estimate for replacing an ac compressor in my car. Compared to the other shop I went to, this place was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and was able to do everything in a timely manner. Not to mention that they weren’t trying to rip me off like the other place was…They even explained why the air conditioner stopped working and the need to replace the entire thing vs the other shop who just handed us an invoice after taking four hours longer than I was told that a diagnostic would take (30 min). I greatly appreciated the explanation because it made me feel I was placing my car in the right hands to be taken care of! Will definitely be coming back to this place for any future car needs/repairs! :)

Let me start by saying this: I can usually handle repairs by myself. When I can’t, I will go to a shop (if it’s financially possible). After 5 trips to Orielly’s they recommended K&R. I went in and the mechanic was very informative. He discovered a major problem with my upper A/c valve and fixed it for $11! In addition he charged the a/c fully. He also asked if I work on the behest home. I confirmed and then he told me about replacing the cabin filters (which I had no idea they even existed). He showed me where and what to do to save me money. That is unheard of!! He didn’t try to rope me in for additional money!! The next day my vehicle was blowing warm again. I bring it back in and dropped it off. I got a call around 4 letting me know that there was a small crack in the lower a/c valve and he had fixed it. He also said it took him all day to locate the problem (my heart sank as I was waiting for the price). He informed me my total was $42.46!!! I have never seen such an honest and straight up shop EVER!!! If you need any repairs, go here!!! Anytime I need work done, this will be the place from here on out. Thanks again K&R you guys are awesome!!!

This place is solid! Old-school mechanic shop. David is awesome, he is super knowledgeable. They didn't recommend or do any work that was not necessary and David was helpful in finding cost savings parts, that really surprised me since parts mark-up is a money maker. Absolute fair pricing for auto repairs in 2024. Oil change $20 with bringing your own oil & filter. $40 for front brake change with bringing your own brake pads. $50 for changing out a fuel filter. Dave is an upfront honest mechanic. I thought I needed new break pads twice and he called me before hand to say they had plenty of braking power left. He could have easily changed them out & charged me without knowing. Overall great place to drop off your vehicle.
