Seems very upfront and honest. Went in to have diagnostics tested on my older truck and Joe told me about 2 problems presented by the test. Additional cost for another test which pin pointed the problem but it was a minor charge and worth it to hopefully solve the problem so the truck can pass smog test. Waiting for part but most likely when completed I think I've found my new go-to auto repair company.

Stopped in to have my low beams swapped out. They got me right in and had it done very fast. It wasn't a big job or very complicated besides a few clips that were hard to reach. But they treated it like it was a big job with friendly and outstanding service. I'll definitely be back.

I cannot say enough positive about Joe and the staff. They went above and beyond to diagnose the car issues, assist with finding a tow and finding a rental. They were all incredibly professional and patient as we tried to come to a decision on how to handle our vehicle. We definitely got lucky that Master J’s was the closest shop and our first call when our car broke down. I would highly recommend for all of your car repairs and maintenance.

I was referred by an honest realtor in the high desert community. They were super honest and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for my brakes and rotors. He was super polite and explained everything and got me in and out super quick. He really tries to help me with my entire car, he inspects everything without additional charge. My car stopped working and luckily it got fixed in a few hours. Really friendly and honest staff, reasonable price. Will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend! Update: I moved to Apple Valley 10 months ago for a contract job and have been coming here for car maintenance and repair. The location is so convenient, right across the street from the hospital. I feel so glad to have found this place. I never need to worry anything about my car during my time in Apple Valley because Jose has always been so helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Master J to anyone in Apple Valley.

Such a great place. So thorough, detailed and helpful. He explained what's going on and all the steps needed to help fix the car. We're out of town so we were weary about going somewhere new but our worries quickly washed away because he was such a professional and so kind. I ended up coming back 3 times within a span of a dew days and each time he was so friendly knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Highly recommend.

Don't go to this guy. He'll do a multi thousand dollar job for you and break something else in the process then refuse to fix what he broke. Had an engine replaced by him ($5500) then the warranty expires of course. Then the head blows ($3500). Come to find out the engine that he put in had all the wrong valve seats in it which had to then be replaced with the head and everything resurfaced, you know, the whole nine yards. But the warranty had just expired so of course that cost was put on me which shouldn't have been since the damn engine he put in was faulty to begin with! THEN my AC stops working. It worked perfectly fine before the head job. Take it back to him he replaces some seals, ok, works for a couple days. Stops working again, take it back again. This time its an expensive hose that's leaking. I say well it was working before I brought it in. He says IT'LL BE $400+ to fix!!!! NOOOOOO.... I don't think so dude! DON'T GO TO HIM, HE'LL RIP YOU OFF ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. Don't be an idiot like me and give him $9000+ and still not have a properly working vehicle.
