I had been looking for a repair shop to call "home" for my used BMW and after over a year of trial and error I came across KS in Glendale through their consistent and resoundingly favorable reviews online, and my experience with each visit has not let me down. Hovik and his team are immensely knowledgeable on every nuance of what makes a car run in its optimal condition. They have been incredibly easy to work with, always taking care of dealing with my extended warranty company (which can be a full time job in itself sometimes). I feel like Hovik and the team know my car inside and out and always know what to look for, and always get things taken care of faster than I have experienced with any other local auto service facility. Any time things are not covered by my warranty, they have been very accommodating and offered me savings wherever possible. I would definitely recommend KS to anyone looking for quality service on their BMW or any car in the LA area.

What started off on the wrong foot has proven to be one of my best experiences yet with an auto shop that deals with Land Rovers. Hovik and the guys here at KS Complete Auto repair take their work seriously and with great pride. This is the second Land Rover I take to them to have inspected for general issues and they were able to diagnose them and offer affordable solutions for my problems. This particular vehicle was my 97' Discovery and was having issues with a belt squeal. What initially was thought to be a possible defective harmonic balancer was eventually diagnosed as a rusty old piece. They took the time to remove the timing belt and remove the rust corrosion on the pulley and VOILA no more belt squeal. It's crazy how sometimes the easiest solutions are the best ones. Along with this I also needed to have the diff's drained and refilled which they did with no problems at all. I have found an extremely honest and reputable Landy shop and I will definitely be coming back for more as we all know these Rovers tend to like spending time in the shop! Great work and professionalism and will highly recommend these guys to anyone in the future!

I highly recommend this place for any car troubles! We were about to drive back home to AZ from Glendale and my car was making weird noises that needed to be checked out ASAP. We called KS Complete Auto and they told us they would check out my problems immediately. It was a minor fix that took about 5 minutes out of my day and got us back on the road quickly. We asked how much it would cost for the repair and he did not even charge us! I offered to tip him and he would not even accept my tip. Such a sweet man with a great company, and we are so thankful we used this auto service.

This is the second time I take my 2016 Maserati Ghibli to Hovik. He is very professional, honest, and did an amazing job with my car. It is very hard to find an honest shop to work on my car. The first time I had my brakes changed and the work was done in a timely manner. I recently took my car back in for a routine oil service, brake service, air and engine filters changed and to have my spark plugs changed Hovik, once again, did a superb job and created a sense of ease and comfort. You are definitely in great hands by taking your foreign car here. Will definitely be coming back for my next service.

Fantastic service! About a year ago, my son's car broke down and needed to be repaired. I live abroad and I knew no repair shops in LA. I searched the Internet and found KS Complete Auto. All the reviews I read were great, so I contacted them by email. They were right. I received a quick and friendly response. Despite being so far away, my business with them has been very smooth. They are excellent professionals, serious and reliable. A month ago, my son had an accident and we needed KS' services again. In addition to repairing the body, they checked the wheels and warned me that they were worn--something I really appreciate. As in the previous occasion, they treated us quickly and the experience has been, once again, exceptional. I will continue taking my son's car for maintenance. I highly recommend them!

Our Land Rover was leaking transmission fluid while on vacation in Palm Springs. We took it to a local mechanic who gave us a diagnosis that didn’t sound quite right. (It turned out he didn’t even look at the vehicle). After reading such positive reviews about KS Complete Auto we decided that we would let them look at our vehicle. We are so happy that we did! We were not only given top notch service but were told exactly what was going on with our vehicle. Hovic spent the time to clearly explain the issue and get us back on the road quickly. We made our journey safely home to Canada thanks to the great service provided by KS. If we lived in LA, KS Complete Auto would be our mechanic! Five stars isn’t enough for Mr. Hovik and his team ! Customer service is essential in the automotive business yet over all very rear to find, except at this shop. Customer services is amazing ! These guys are more than experts when it comes to foreign vehicles. My Range Rover drives way bette At 50k miles than when I drove it off the lot 5 years ago. The guys do it all . From simple service to any complex job! The best part is that they do it with passion and at a fraction on the cost. Highly recommended ! If you get a quote from them and go shop it around, your waisting your time. You will end up back this shop!

I had several issues including, suspension air compressor, struts, steering and brakes that required immediate attention. Hovik coordinated the service on my Range Rover Sport and was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. All issues were taken care of within two days and I was provided with a courtesy vehicle over the weekend. Very happy about the prompt, courteous, and quality service provided by KS Complete Auto!

Our family has been getting our cars repaired at KS Complete Auto for fifteen years. Hovic and Harout and taken care of two Volvos,a 950 and an XC 70 and two Toyotas, a Rav 4 and a Corolla. We keep coming back because Hovic and Harout, the co-owners, always do great work at a fair price and we really trust their diagnosis and repairs. One day years ago I brought in my aging Volvo 950 and Hovic told me "Matthew I don't want to repair your car anymore. You are wasting your money, you need a new car." That sealed the deal. I strongly recommend KS Complete Auto - a high quality neighborhood alternative to the impersonal and expensive dealer repairs.

Highly recommend!! I had a problem with my hood not opening on my older Dodge Grand Caravan. I called them up and was able to get in right away to have it looked at. That itself is more than some places will do because I had previously been turned down by another well known local mechanic due to the age and condition of my vehicle. They were able to get my hood opened manually. Then they told me what parts would need to be replaced and searched on the database for them. They informed me that the parts were not available outside of the dealership. They made a temporary fix on my hood to allow me to be able to open it until I get the replacement parts. When I offered to pay I was told not to worry about it. That is very rare for a mechanic to do so I couldn't be happier with the service I received here today. Then I asked to get my oil changed but was told to head to jiffy lube instead as they would have what's necessary for an oil change with my vehicle type there. Again very honest, as most mechanics would likely have not turned down my business even if they didn't have what was required for a proper oil change. This place is honest and know what they are doing and those are 2 qualities that are rare in mechanics these days.

This place is truly a gem! Just happened to be in Glendale and stumbled across this place where Hovik and team took me in last minute. They quickly fixed my problem and sent me on my way. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I’ve had so many issues with my Audi and have been to Rusnak in Pasadena more times than I can count. Hovik and team fixed my problem in a fraction of the amount of time of what I’m used to. Will be returning! Thank you again!

⚠️ WARNING BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR CAR HERE ⚠️ I brought my Mini here about a month ago for a cooling system issue. They charged me an additional amount that I felt was unfair, but I paid it anyway because I assumed the extra charge meant the repair would be done correctly and I wouldn’t have any problems afterward. Less than a month later, I began experiencing high engine temperature again. I was confused because I had just paid to fix this exact issue. I took a closer look and realized the leak was coming from the radiator hose they had presumably replaced and charged me for. Before I left the shop originally, Hovik told me the repair was under warranty. So today, I called him to ask for warranty service. Instead of honoring the warranty, he immediately brought up a Yelp review and told me that if I remove my negative review, then he can honor the warranty. This was extremely concerning and unprofessional. I felt bullied and pressured into taking down my review in exchange for basic warranty service that I already paid for. A warranty is a legal responsibility—not something that should be held hostage because the customer shares their experience. Because of this experience, I’ve decided to make my complaint more visible. No customer should be intimidated or manipulated into removing a review in order to receive warranty service.

I can’t say enough good things about KS Complete Auto They’re a small, independent shop that specializes in Range Rovers, and they really know what they’re doing. I’ve been taking my 2016 Range Rover Sport here (100k miles) and they’ve done a great job keeping it running smooth. I trust these guys completely — super honest and fair pricing. Way better than going to the Range Rover dealer where every visit turns into thousands of dollars you didn’t expect. KS has also helped me with minor exterior and trim updates, and my car still looks new. Great people, great service, and reasonable prices. If you have a Range Rover, this is the place. 👍

I seriously cannot recommend this auto shop enough! I walked in needing my front bumper repaired, expecting to schedule an appointment or leave my car for days — and they got it done in what felt like 6–7 minutes. I’m not even exaggerating. The speed was unreal. Not only was it fast, but the quality was excellent. The bumper looks as good as new, and you’d never know there was damage to begin with.
