My girlfriend needed tires and went to this shop. The guy was going to charge her $65 for USED tires. When I called and confronted him over the phone he hung up on me and told my Girlfriend he’s not going to sell her tires, despite her car being underivable. Do not go here they are con artists who take advantage of their customers.

Sarkis...you rock!! I appreciate that there's at least 1 mechanic who's honest, thorough, and affordable!! LADIES, if you need an HONEST mechanic you can TRUST to not take advantage of the fact you may not know a lot about cars (like me lol)...Sarkis is the man!! Before I sold my old car it started falling apart and that's when I was referred from a friend to go here. Sarkis has always showed me where things were wrong that way I could see for myself, he has always wrote everything out and pointed out the things that needed to be done urgently and then showed me what could wait a bit longer due to me being on a budget, and he always provides me with both an invoice for my car records as well as a receipt for my personal records Sold my old car and got a new one recently, he will be the only one I allow to work on my car from here on out. Very thankful and appreciative of this shop!

I don't usually write reviews but i went out of my way to write this because they went out of their way to make sure i was taken care of, they are Very honest people, and wont sell you things that you don't need, i took my Honda Accord for oil change and to inspect to make sure everything is running smooth, and i was out of there in not time. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable mechanic.. A+ i will recommend this mechanic shop to my friends and family.

Great guy quality work and honest I heard some squeaking on my brakes and I thought I needed new brakes came in and Sarkis told me I still had life on my breaks and I didn’t need new ones and ever since then I’ve been coming back if u need work done I highly recommend coming and seeing Sarkis

Sarkis the mechanic is very knowledgeable friendly and professional. This mechanic shop is the cleanest shop I have ever stepped into. Sarkis was very welcoming. My Miata's AC was not working and he was able to fix that within a few hours while we had a good talk. He was also able to fix my girlfriends belt bearings. He is very knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job with our cars I am very happy that I brought my car into his mechanic shop and I'm very satisfied with my AC fix. This heat was killing me. Very HONEST Auto Repair Shop! I came here because of the great reviews. Before I found this place, I had called 10 other repair shops in the area of Glendale and this was the ONLY shop that was nice and understanding. I spoke to Sarkis about the issues I was having with my car and he was able to help me in a timely manner and gave me his honest opinion and solution. I will definitely be back for my auto needs. Thankyou Sarkis! UPDATE: 8/20/23 I’m saying the same thing above even more! I went again because my engine light came on, I was nervous and scared because I need my car for so many reasons. Sarkis and his son are really honest kind human beings! They were able to find the issue , which was very small, and repaired it within 2hrs. This place is my permanent go to for any of my car maintenance needs. Thankyou!!!

I trust one one else to work on my car then the guys at Pro Tech Auto Repair & Body. When my car recently had completely come to a halt after exiting a freeway, I knew I had to take it in to get repaired here. Sarkis examined my car's engine, identified and understood immediately what the issue is and provided me with on-the-spot estimate of time and work involved. He has great bedside manner, which was especially comforting especially since my car breaking down came out of no where. The quotes for parts and labor as always fair and completely acceptable. I will always be referring my friends and family to this shop. They are wonderful.

I decided to go with this shop due to all the great reviews on here and they did not disappoint. They are a very popular shop and very busy but Sarkis still took the time to explain everything they did and take photos of the bad parts etc. while running around dealing with multiple cars. Very reasonable on price and very accommodating in every way. They seem very honest and you definitely do not get the feeling they try to rip you off in any way like many other shops I have been to in the past. I highly recommend this shop. They appear to be able to fix just about anything.
