I am truly impressed with the work that has been done on my 2003 Audi A4 1.8T quattro. Eddie and his staff were nothing but polite, concise, clear, and most importantly honest about the work that was being done. Their price is very fair and I am utmost satisfied with their repairs. Their itemized invoice is very clear and before any repairs are being done, Eddie will personally call you and explain what needs to be done and why. Eddie and his team made me feel comfortable and with some of the horror stories that one hears about car mechanics ripping their customer off, I can only give "A Certified AutoWork" my stamp of approval. I am definitely coming back for any future repair work (if needed) and they have definitely won me over as a valued customer.

Probably the most professional and well rounded service I have ever experienced. For the first time ever I felt I was truly taken care of In all aspects of my repair. Went in for a transmission issue and instead of being mislead or over charged the facility called my manufacturer and actually got the issue covered through them instead of over hanging me or being deceptive. The service care and representatives (Sandy and Eddie) were stellar in every sense of the word. Will do business with them from now on and will make sure to spread the word as well.

I have been a customer here for over 11 years. They are fair, honest and they treat me like family. They have done services for me from a free engine light check or rain leak all the way up to major engine and bodywork. They know my VW better than does the dealer. They are AAA Certified and I trust them. They are family owned and father Eddie and his son Chad know just what your car needs. They care more about a long-term client relationship as opposed to making a quick buck and taking advantage of a customer. Highly reccomended!

I have only great things to say about my experience with A Certified Autowork Inc. I needed a safe choice for my auto repairs and saw some great reviews online. My experience was no different. It was like taking my car to a trusted family member. I was able to bring my car in the next morning after my initials call. There was no charge for the diagnosis of mt auto. Eddie handled my care and he was great. After I left my vehicle, He called me 4 times during the time he and his capable staff worked on my car. His communication was clear and honest. He even drove to the nearest dealership to pick up the part I needed. The end cost was a huge savings from having the dealership do the work. I thank all the staff for their wonderful service!

I had an excellent experience at A+ Certified! Their superior service more than exceeded my expectations. Chad & Eddie were quick, courteous and affordable. I felt like a top priority as a customer while being treated with the upmost respect. My daughter is happy that her BMW 325i is riding smooth again....and they even surprised her with a complimentary car wash! I'll be taking my car next for brake service. I'm glad that I found a honest automotive care facility that I can trust with my vehicles.

I've been coming to A Certified for about 4 years now and I'm always grateful to the owners, Chad and Eddie, and their team of great technicians like John and last year's new addition in their customer service department, Sandy. They do great work on my 2007 Audi A4 and will not lie to you about your car. I've only met a couple of great car technicians and service/repair shops in my life. Most are dishonest and have no integrity. All I can say is that Chad and Eddie have great integrity when it comes to running their shop.

I just recently had my 40,000 mile 2021 Volkswagen Jetta serviced at a certified Volkswagen dealer where they quoted me 125% more for a rear break job than A CERTIFIED AUTOWORK INC did. I can honestly say from beginning to end this is one of the best service experiences I have ever had. I dropped it off on a Thursday evening, got a call 45 minutes later letting me know the diagnosis and their opinion and by 9am Friday morning my car was ready. I would highly recommend Chad and this shop to anyone who’s in the area.

This car repair shop INTENTIONALLY messed up my car. I’m literally waiting for the tow truck as we speak. This is the second time my car broke down in the last 3 days. I brought my car in to deal with a simple leak. After paying over $1500 to fix it (by the way there is a $60 fee to pay with credit card which should have been a red flag. They really want to discourage you from that because you can reverse charges that way). I got the car back and assumed the leaking was fixed… A few days later we noticed the car was STILL leaking. So I brought the car back in and told them. They looked at it and called me saying it was a DIFFERENT leak this time. They asked me if I wanted a quote and that it would take them a day to fix. I was upset and told them it’s unfair to ask for more money when I already paid $1500 for the leaks to be fixed. After some back and forth they begrudgingly agreed. But then like an hour later they called us back and said the car was ready to be picked up. Which I thought was strange since they previously told us it would take a day to fix. I picked up the car and when I drove it on the freeway it immediately felt weird. I called my husband and said “you don’t think they would have done something to the car do you?” 2 days later my car broke down on the freeway which was terrifying. The car just completely died on the highway and the hood started smoking. Then two days later the car broke down AGAIN!!! 7 years no problems with my car and a few DAYS out of this shop and my car is now completely DEAD. This is beyond unethical and after I finish typing this message I’m writing to the Better Business Bureau to report them. They intentionally put me in danger. These people are criminals. Do NOT go here.

Eddie's the best! A man of his word. Which means a lot to me. He's always been honest with me about the condition of my car even how much he doesn't like my Volkswagen. But that's okay, I love my Volkswagen and he's has always treated it kindly. Every job he has done has been prompt and the price has been fair. Especially recently when I needed to have my turbocharger repaired and I needed to have it done by 5:00 p.m. to get back to work. He actually had it done at 4:00 p.m. I so appreciated that.
