Haley T. Fred is amazing and helped me through my breathalyzer process so much. With all the malfunctions and rules with the device he explained each one each time and always wrote a little note explaining why I was having to get it recalibrated. Most shops don’t do this and don’t even bother to explain why the device may have registered your rolling retest as a refusal or why you have to get it calibrated. Great shop to go to
