I am very pleased with how the work done on my Tesla Model 3 turned out. I was rear ended and had a scratch on my bumper and went through the other driver’s insurance to get it repaired. Renew was located close to where I live and they were a Tesla certified shop, so I decided to go with them. Arthur and Anastasia were polite, professional, and efficient in helping me navigate the process of getting the car repaired through the insurance. The bumper looks as good as new and work only took four days. I would highly recommend this shop.

Tesla gave me a referral for Renew Collision Center which turned out to be very close and convenient to the Burbank dealership. Once I met David and his brothers, my fears vanished. They were super nice, knowledgable guys who assured me that they would get my car body work taken care of properly and on time. My review is for their 3rd shop at: 4677 San Fernando Road in Glendale. I had my Tesla repaired here at Arthur‘s excellent body shop in October of last year. They did an outstanding job making it look brand new and at a fair price. It was repaired within the estimate time and I received nothing but excellent customer support the entire time. Unfortunately, my car was just very badly keyed/vandalized and I have again received nothing but outstanding service and truly excellent quality work from this fantastic shop. As I didn’t want to have to use my insurance again for this repair, he gave me a very fair price out of pocket. I have been referring and will keep referring our patient and friends to Arthur’s excellent collision center. I got into an accident recently and learned the hard way just how useless Tesla Insurance can be. They told me to find a certified repair shop, and that’s how I ended up at Renew Collision Center—one of Tesla’s preferred shops. Best decision I made in the whole mess. From the moment I called, they handled everything. They picked up my car without me lifting a finger. Arthur C was my point of contact, and the guy was solid the whole way through. He actually called me with updates—good or bad—which is rare these days. No chasing, no guessing, just straight communication. Meanwhile, Tesla Insurance was basically MIA. They didn’t return calls and didn’t even give Renew the info they needed. Because of that, when I went to pick up my car, there were a couple of small things still needing attention. I figured I’d be paying out of pocket, but Arthur stepped in and took care of it. He gave me a loaner, fixed the extra work, and two days later the car looked better than before the accident. He even cleaned up details that weren’t technically part of the job. It’s tough to find people who take pride in their work and actually care. Renew Collision Center—and Arthur C especially—earned my respect. They treated me like a person, not a claim number, and that alone separates them from most places these days. The quality of the work, the honesty, the communication… it all added up to an experience I didn’t think existed anymore in this industry. I’ll recommend them to anyone who wants real craftsmanship and real service backed by people who actually care about what they do
