Drove in to LA for some vacation time and was feeling like my car needed some eyes on the engine. I called and he was quickly responsive and informative. I stopped by and he came out, talked with me, and informed me of the issues. Overall, the car is good to go but he gave me the confidence I needed that it was okay to drive. He spoke clearly and was very detailed in his analysis. He made some kind hearted jokes and made me feel comfortable. If I lived here, he would be my guy.

It was my first time with J&E. My ABS system failed on my 2012 Prius. I had my car towed there so I hadn’t met anyone except on the phone. They got the work done and were very pleasant in there expression. Price paid was lower than the price quoted. The work was done genially on Saturday and I am very grateful to have found this company! They guaranteed the work for three years and I feel comfortable sending my car back and sharing the information with others. It came in $190 less than another quote that I’d had from a company further away And they seemed very familiar with doing the work and said they have to do a couple a month sadly. I like their expertise, their efficiency, and the ease of working with them in a comforting timeframe.

One of the best auto shops in the area. I live a bit aways from the shop, but come here for repairs. Emad is always friendly and honest, his men do great work. I’ve had bushings and springs repaired, spark plugs, transmission fluid changed. Their work holds up. Definitely recommend A+. Emad and J & E is amazing.

Everything about my experience was fantastic. I chose J&E because Yelp had them with 4.9 stars on almost 1K reviews, and it makes perfect sense. Our '14 Prius needed brakes all around. I brought the car in the afternoon, the place was hopping; I fully expected them to need to keep it overnight. Emad met me as I entered. The whole operation was polite & professional, and efficient. They have an online estimate form so no surprises and everything is trackable. He called in under an hour with estimate and didn't pressure me at all about my choices. The prices were absolutely fair, and it was ready by end of the day. I will absolutely take all of our cars to Emad, and am happy to share this review with you. Car stuff is stressful and you want to be confident that you're in good hands and not getting gouged. I hope that you have as good an experience as I did, and those thousand other folks.

Excellent Service!!! Randomly found this place and I’m so thankful. Diagnostic tested my car even though I already knew what had to be done but I wanted to see what they would say. They called me back and explained the issue they were right about what had to be done. Gave me an estimate on the repair which was a great price and repaired my car before the end of the day. What a great shop! Found them as a recommendation on Reddit. Checked out their reviews and they were all amazing! Decided to give them a shot. Phone was answered right away. They were able to take my car in same day. The service was done properly and for a fair price. They even fixed a squeaking problem I had in my wheel that I thought was going to cost me thousands. I was looking for a new mechanic and I came across J&E. I was really stressed out from all the problems that had suddenly occurred with my car. My AC was suddenly not working, one of my brake lights had gone out, and I also needed a regular oil change. I had gone on a Saturday at first and Emad had told me that he needed more time for my AC problem. I appreciated the honesty so I came back on Tuesday. He called me halfway through the services to update me on the progress and explained why the AC went out when I asked. Gave me a quote so I knew ahead of time what I was looking at price-wise. Super reasonable prices! And he called me when my car was ready. He was very reassuring through the whole process and explained so well when I had questions. It was a really refreshing experience after some not so great ones with other mechanic places. His staff was so nice too! Thank you so much to Emad and his team!

On the morning of February 7th as I drove up the driveway at J&E complete auto service Emad immediately approached me and without hesitation. Before I could say hi or park the car to get out of the car to pop the hood of my 2010 Toyota Highlander he immediately said to me do you know that your water pump is bad? I asked him are you sure I am hearing this grinding noise under the hood. As I was still sitting in the car he said trust me I have over 35 years of experience. He then followed by saying don’t delay fixing the water pump and don’t drive a long distance. That was all the assurance I needed to know that he is the right guy to fix my car issue. I shook his hand out of respect and agreed to drop off the car a few days later. When I dropped off the car I asked him to do a complete maintenance check to see if there are other issues that need to be fixed. He called me a few hours later and recommended a few other mechanical issues that I had to resolve. With the confidence that I saw in him I immediately gave him the green light to get started on fixing all that my car needed. His professional opinion and honesty is by far the most critical and important part of the service he gave me at a very reasonable price. I am grateful and extremely thankful to have found him and I will continue to go back to him for all of my car repairs. He earned my respect and my trust.
