After my car was fixed, I thought I would never ever go there. If a customer comes to you for a puncture, and insists that he doesn't want a new tire, you should not install a new tire and ask him to pay, especially if it was not covered by the insurance and that is a main concern for him. Also, when you install a new tire, you are expected to do alignment too. I shouldn't have to return the car for another round of service and be charged another bill. Remember that you can only milk a customer once, but if you treat them right, you can have them for life. You'd never ever see me again and I make sure nobody in my circle ever visits you to have the same experience.

I had a transmission issue with my Mazda 3; its TCM was broken. I tried to get it fixed at other service centers. One charged me a lot just for diagnostics, and I had to wait three days just to receive an estimate. At others, I could only book an appointment for another diagnostic a week later. This car issue turned into a huge headache for me until I called KSH. They gave me an estimate within an hour. I dropped my car off the next morning and picked it up a few hours later! Kirill is really experienced and knowledgeable. They didn’t try to overcharge me, as I already knew the prices from other services. I can’t recommend KSH enough!

Took my Porsche here after reading the excellent reviews. The techs wasted no time, working with Kirill to figure out the issue (bad motor/transmission mounts + new exhaust installation), replaced the mounting parts in 1/3 of the time other actual Porsche shops quoted me at and fixed my issue within 3 hours. Charged me exactly the amount that I was quoted (or maybe less), and was flexible with discussing the problem and potential solutions. Definitely will make more stops here if anything acts up.

I've taken my Prius in to KSH Automotive three times, I'm very happy with all three visits. KSH is now my go-to shop. Quick, cost-effective, professional work and service, and kind. KSH fixed a large dent, a damaged axle, and a stolen catalytic converter on my Prius, A+ for each job. Two of three jobs were covered by insurance, and when AAA was giving me a headache, KSH sorted it out. When I had a separate issue with my door and asked for a quote, they gave me a fair quote by phone and kindly let know me I could also order the part myself, watch an online video, and fix with basic tools at home. Ten out of ten. I have peace of mind knowing I can contact KSH for car trouble.

After experiencing a dealership trying to up sale for services not needed at 10,000 miles on odometer for tires & brake works, I had to search for a new mechanic to rely on all the needs my car would require. I would give 100 stars to Kirill & KSH Automotive if I could. Finding a GREAT mechanic and shop is on par with finding a great doctor, dentist or therapist. You can rest assured that you can TRUST Kirill 100%, and that he will never charge or quote you for something you don't need. On top of that the service provided by KSH Automotive is superior and often super fast. Did I mention the work they have done on my Subaru Forrester was far LESS than I was quoted by other mechanics? He just opened a NEW shop that is super easy to get to in SF which is a couple of blocks from Bart if needed. Plus Kirill is a super cool guy! If you have had a bad experience with a mechanic or even just slightly skeptical of a quote you received call KSH ASAP. It is rare for me to enjoy leaving a review this much.
