I just called here, wanting to have my car checked out. The person who answered the phone was RUDE and essentially hung up on me after telling me it would be "about" $100 to even look at my car. Don't go here if you want any kind of customer service at all.

I have been a customer for 50 years ever since OTTO ran the place. The service is now as it was then. Careful , conscientious and thorough. For years I have just dropped my keys in the door and left a phone message leaving Paul work his magic and give me a call when he is finished. Occasionally I get a call back midstream , but only if he wants to ask me if I REALLY want to spend however much on my car. I think he worries more about my pocket book than I do sometimes.

Kusch Automotive has been my mechanic for over 20 years. Why? - always an honest and dependable evaluation of whatever auto problem you have (by the way - you can't diagnose a auto problem over the phone - the mechanic needs to see your car.). He has always fixed what needed to be fixed - provided honest and accurate estimates not only about the cost of the repair but the value given the age of a vehicle. Highly recommended.
