You can always change the name of the shop to avoid the criticism of the ACTUAL consumers, but your reputation will precede the work ethics and the end results of your product, it's my opinion based on the job you did on my car, check out reviews and pics on goggle for ACME CHOP SHOP (same shop) I've always wonder how many of the reviews are posted by REAL customers, not friends or vendors, too bad I don't have an option for a zero or negative star options. I had to wait three (+) years to get my project completed, with less than desirable results but, after several delays and excuses, my car was finally delivered by ACME Chop Shop. I have to say that the paint job looked great, beautiful candy apple red. However, as I started to look closely, I noticed several spots where the paint was peeling off due to poor surface preparation. Doors, windows, hood, and trunk, are out of alignment, hard to close, hard to open. I felt that the body alignment during the assembling process and attention to detail was poorly executed, regardless of the "restoration level". I wasn't expecting a show car by any means but decent results; I also hoped for better "accountability and ownership," to no avail. I'm sure they have some success rate along the way; unfortunately, it wasn't reflected on my car. Everything that shines is not gold" is an expression that states that not everything that looks precious or true turns out to be the reality. The bottom line is, use better judgment, do some research and explore your alternatives. Find a company that stands behind their work or product before you spend your hard-earned money and precious time at the wrong place, as I have done. An actual customer provided this feedback and the attached pictures, not family or acquaintance. A picture is worth a thousand words. It conveys its meaning or essence more effectively than a contentious dispute in which the parties express opposing points of view of a particular event or situation. That is the final product, would you be happy with this if that was your car, honestly?
