They are great!! I stopped by Quickie Car for a routine oil change, and they delivered exactly what I needed — fast, friendly, and professional service. The staff was upfront about their recommendations, but never pushy. The technician walked me through everything and made sure I understood what was included in my service. They got me in and out quickly, and my car is running great. You can tell they care about doing the job right without trying to upsell you on things you don’t need. Highly recommend them if you want quality work and a team that respects your time. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Worked with John this past Saturday to diagnose my 2015 Honda Civic. Impressed with the troubleshooting and transparency regarding process. In the end needed rear brakes, rotors and Caliper which he gave me a good price on. John even fixed the front break wear indicator which was installed backwards on a previous break job in Albany, NY where I bought this car a few months ago. Would recommend this place to anyone for their car repair needs.

Went in because water was leaking from behind my glove compartment. They took my car in and solved the problem within like five minutes! When I went to the Kia dealership, they told me it would take at least a couple days and a couple hundred dollars for just the diagnosis. Very grateful for the shop.

Update: 0 stars. Not a fair place. Staff is inexperienced. Filled up so much oil that my engine is blown. Took it to another nechanic for oil analysis and found metal shavings. Car is a total loss. When I called them they said they're happy to redo oil change but not anything more. WOW!!! 1. They filled up way beyond the max level (pic attached). This would've (have) blown my engine 2. Website says $70 for full synthetic but the front desk quoted $95. They didn't accept my 30$ coupon. Instead applied a 15$ coupon. Ended up paying 73 despite carrying my own oil filter and extra oil (5qts limit). 3. I carried a transmission and engine oil additive with me. They said they'll put them in. This was agreed upon before confirming the oil change. After oil change, they said they don't do transmission additives here. Completely changed their words.

Owning a business is difficult. You have the demands of customers and staff. You are reliant on people to always perform at their best and reasonably correct things when something maybe didn't go right. The owner of Kwik Kar Auto Center Josh Alluri is a real life example of how to NOT RUN A BUSINESS. My family brought our daughter's Jeep in for an oil change. We've only gone to the dealership for services to this point, but it was only an oil change, had limited time, and close by. The resulting events are numerous and caution to all to never use this business for even the slighted of services. While only needing an oil change, I stayed with my daughter's car to do some work calls. The service tech approached me in the lobby and said he wanted to show me something. There appeared to be a possible leak in one of the coolant hoses. I trusted him. And said to replace it. While the job was going to take longer, that was fine. It appeared it needed replacing. They ended up replacing it, and did the oil change. We picked it up in the evening. My daughter drove it the next day to a track meet. About 10 miles away. She noticed right away that something wasn't right with the car. As a 16 year old, she even knew something felt wrong. She called us, said a bunch of "oil service" lights were on, and some other things. She was scared. I told her to pull over. My wife and I went to pick her up and I hopped in to drive the car. I didn't get a mile and knew immediately something was wrong. I pulled over. Popped the hood. There was NO COOLANT in the container. What they attempted to "fix" was in fact not fixed. At the time, I thought they just forgot to put coolant in, which alone is a huge oversight. I called our insurance and had roadside assistance bring it back Kwik Kar (2 hour wait). Once at Kwik Kar, a different employee examined things and told me he was going to be straight with me and said they messed up. They didn't fasten the claps on the hose correctly and all of the coolant leaked out. All he said they would do was fix that. And apologized. I'm not a mechanic, but I do know that if you drive a vehicle for long without coolant there's risk of other damages to the engine. This was my biggest concern given this is my daughter's vehicle. He said he would look it over. He then called to say that in fact the coolant "container" had a leak. Not the hoses they replaced. But the container. So their initial diagnoses was wrong. By now I've talked to the dealership and plan to bring the car there for repairs. But before I could, without my permission, they replaced the container! And then actually tried to charge me for it! I came in for an oil change, and got hoses put on that I didn't needed, got a container replaced that I didn't ask for, got other damage that's still be assessed, and was asked to pay for the thing they "fixed" that I didn't trust them to do. And here's the best part. I tell all of this to Josh Alluri the owner. The lead service tech at the store gave me his number. All he says is that he will reimburse me for the container. Is has nothing to do with the cost of the container! It has everything to do with all of the errors that led to the container, and the likely future issues the Jeep may now have because of those errors! He says his "fine print" lays out everything in terms of their guarantees. Like I'm asking for that? Says I can't drive it (it doesn't drive. The "oil change required" light and the start/stop unavailable service stop/start system" light both come on now.) or he can't prove that the warning lights weren't the result of something while driving it. We've put on less than a mile since leaving the dealership. Just the drive home. Josh hasn't returned multiple calls now. And, I'll be bringing it to my dealership and getting the vehicle fixed correctly this time. Stay away. The staff is clearly not fans of Josh either as they were trying to cover their butts regarding the gaffs and tried to avoid getting to a point of me calling the owner. All after just stopping in for an oil change!

Let me start this off by saying I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for over 6 years. I was aware of their change in management and gave the new management a chance. I’m not writing this to sound cheap or complain about prices but when you are trying to raise the price of an oil change by over $40 that’s when I’m going to question what’s going on. Watching how this place has changed from a super kind environment where you don’t feel like you’re being ripped off and over the last 6-8 months that switch to just a money hungry place saddens me. I felt like only 1 person out of the 4 I spoke to would even look at me in the eyes when talking to me. I understand prices are going up all around but when you charge my father who came in 2 days prior a different price than me when we get the same type of oil Im going to call a scam a scam. I hope they don’t lose more loyal customers but they are definitely losing my family’s business.

Over the weekend I had an oil leak issue with my vehicle that was very concerning(car was serviced from a different shop). With no other shops in my immediate vicinity, I called Kwik Kar Auto. my service technician Francisco was extremely helpful. From the minute I brought the vehicle in, to the moment I left I felt like a premium customer. They diagnosed, fixed, and cleaned my vehicle of the oil spill (none of which was their fault) within 30 minutes. Their concern for my safety and their attentiveness to the issue is why I will be bringing both of my vehicles to this location moving forward. If you own a vehicle in this area, do yourself a favor and bring it by this shop to get serviced.

I really wanted to give them a chance, but they cut too many corners. Between the confusing pricing/overcharging and the sloppy mechanical work, it’s not worth the headache. They failed to reinstall my undercarriage clips and, when I went back to get it resolved, they just tucked the plastic under the bumper rather than using actual clips. Extremely disappointed in the lack of attention to detail.

My son’s car needed a quick oil change and they got me in right away. The front desk Josh was very courteous and explained what was needed. If you are running short of time and need an oil change, I recommend Kwil Kar!

They do their job well but they not honest , originally came for a oil change on my Audi , they find more complication .So being far away from where I live I told them I could go to Audi directly so they could give me a loaner while they doing the reparation . The manager assure me that they will be done in a 1 day and I don’t have to worry he end up taking a week but you can be sure that everyday they told me the car will be done for the next day aha . I had to cover a rental on my own , and change date literally everyday, after a week they told me they was bringing my car to Audi to finish to repair my car , so conclusion ,they keep my car for a week make me lose thousand on rental and on reparation just to send my car to Audi at the end where they finally gave me a rental , if you don’t have another car do not go there , luckily I don’t have a family who depend on me so it didn’t hurt me too bad but if do , at least you warned

My alternator failed while I was driving today, so I called this shop at 11:24 AM for a quote on the repair. I confirmed id be there as soon as the tow truck picked me up. At 12:27 PM, they called to check on my arrival since they were about to order the part. When I inquired about purchasing the part myself, they advised against it due to a lack of warranty. The quoted price was $777, which was intended to beat the competitor in Grapevine. I arrived at 3:00 PM via tow truck, only to be told that the part had just been ordered and would arrive shortly. After waiting two hours without any work being done on my vehicle, the mechanic informed me that the supplier had sent the wrong part and that I would need to return on Monday. When I asked to speak with the manager, he said the same BS. How does it it take five hours to get a part? I believe the younger mechanic misquoted the price, not realizing the difficulty of removing my vehicle's alternator. I ended up paying $150 for the tow to their shop and another $200 to get a tow home, while the staff merely shrugged their shoulders at my frustration. One of the mechanics was named Jordan, and the manager was a bearded white male. Stay away. It's a bunch of mediocre mechanics who just got a certificate.

Beware of this location. I brought my vehicle in for overheating issues and was immediately told they would need to perform multiple major repairs just to “identify” the cause. The initial quote came out to $3,200, including a battery replacement priced at nearly $500 plus one hour of labor, which is OUTRAGEOUS. I told them my current battery was still under warranty, yet they still tried to include a new battery in the estimate. When I declined the work, the technician suddenly started removing items from the quote and adjusting labor hours, bringing it down to $1,600 and even then, they said it wasn’t guaranteed to fix the problem. That alone raised serious red flags. I took my vehicle to another reputable shop, and they identified two specific repairs, completed the work for significantly less, and included a 3-year warranty. The pricing tactics here feel inflated and inconsistent. Customers should be very cautious. I will not be returning.

Clean, neatly maintained. I had to wait a little for attendant to come take care of me but no biggie. Service/ oil change completed and I received a call for pick up in about 4 hours. I work 5-6 doors down and this kwik kar has been so convenient for me. The attendant also found me a $20 coupon. Every little bit helps.
