Several fuel pumps, plenty of parking, and diverse food and drink offerings inside. It does get very busy at certain times of day, but the staff is typically pretty efficient.

Every time I have tried to get gas their pumps are screwed up won’t recognize rewards card scanners don’t work either even tried punching in numbers with no results and I’ve even moved to other pumps and they are all that way will never stop there again would rather run out of gas trying to drive two miles south out of my way and go directly to Dillons!!!!!!! PS. Bathrooms were filthy!!!!

The only real complaint I have for this location is that I wish they would either update the fountain drink area with the new drink dispenser like they have at the Oliver and Kellogg location or at least fix the syrup dispensers.

Tried to use fuel points and it wouldn't work so moved to a different pump. Still wouldn't work so one of the worker comes out and try's and low and be hold it won't work. So he gets mad at my husband and says when the computer has been messed up, let me reset the pump for the 4th time and try again. So they try and again it won't work so they said put 30$ in it and then come back in and we will give you money back for the fuel points. Well that's great I now have to waste even more time to put the cash back in the tank

Ever since new ownership took over Kwik Shops across town have gone downhill. Car wash never works at this location and the overall appearance is trashier. Parking lot needs powerwashed regularly. Was a great store at one time.

The pumps are extremely slow filling up gas... Told the lady at the counter and she said that's normal, especially the pump I was at (pump 7) Didn't seem like there were any plans to fix it? I'd say go elsewhere if you're in a hurry. It shouldn't take 10 minutes to fill up on gas... Literally it took 10 minutes. Not exaggerating.

This store was so busy before they were bought out. Now we barely go in the store. Very disappointing to go from such a busy store to barely busy at all. Some of the staff is still there and they are super awesome and know us by name. There are new employees which most of them are ok...I used to see the GM on the floor busy everyday and now I barely see the new GM. I've seen her maybe a total of 3-4 times max. So either she sits in the back all day or is never there. I ran a braums for a few yrs do I know how a business like this is supposed to run.

Incredible hot chocolate selection and you can't beat the biscuits & gravy for $2.69. Might be busy due to great location but they handle it well. Comparable to QT with some better/great priced food items. Highly recommend!

Store manager Jennifer has terrible customer service. Her attitude is unwelcoming and terribly unaccommodating. If all you get is just gas and don’t need efficient check out for anything else inside then you’re good. But if you need to get in and out or need efficient good service then go somewhere else if you have a choice.

If I could give this place 10 starts I would. I go here almost every morning before work and I will say they have Amazing customer service, they are very helpful and they seem to make everyone smile who walks through their door. They have lots of regulars and AMAZING sausage egg and cheese empanadas. 100% recommend. These are great people.

If I could give it zero, I would. I have never successfully purchased gas from this location. Over the years I have occasionally stopped and attempted because it’s in a convenient location on my commute. The first few times, it would decline my card. Tonight, I got off the highway with an empty tank so figured the issues HAD to be fixed since it’s been over a year. Every pump said “Pay inside”. I walked in, waited for the cashier to take her time with three people before me, then asked her to put $20 on my pump. She didn’t say anything to me, dashed to another part of the store then came back and told me all the pumps were broken. Seems like that could have been posted somewhere so I didn’t waste my time. I’m officially done trying with this spot where there’s a Dillon’s not too far down the road.

Their tea had no lids, half of them were out/empty The rear door alarm was going off the whole time- thats grating. I got to the checkout. There was something oily sprayed all over the payment terminal. I asked what it is, she didnt care. I needed it cleaned, it was funky to the touch- oily. She moved slower than a snail. Wheres the service? The convenience?

Love the employees of the store they’re awesome. I can tell you what the fact that they have illegal gaming machines in there which I enjoy playing them !! now that I found out they’re illegal won’t be playing them much however I hit a jackpot and have proof ! The staff even witnessed it . illegal gaming machines that they have in here River city gaming refuses to pay me and it’s only $2500. THE STAFF took pictures and actually called them (RiverCity)and showed them the proof of my jackpot there own staff witnessed and documented and they still won’t pay because they’re crooks……I’ll send you the screenshots here so everybody could take a look at them !! do not trust them . I contacted them and they gave me this bogus Excuse why they couldn’t pay me , They’re just a bunch of freaking crooks. I will tell you that they’re not responsible for it. They’re just in their stores no no no if you put it in your stores Quik shop it’s your responsibility because you allow them to be in your stores and you’re making a profit on it so .!this is the worst situation ever . The people are a joke and they won’t even pay their debts. I hit a jackpot, even though their own staff seen and took pictures . KWIK SHOP YOUR THE ONE ALLOWING THESE GAMES SO WE ARE GONNA CALL THE gaming commission and let them know HOW U ALL ARE OPERATING AND BY They’re doing by letting these little machines operate (River City Gaming) That’s right they’re not they’re illegal Should’ve paid me my Jack jackpot . Well now the next move is to absolutely hold these crooks accountable you all seem smart so that’s why I can’t understand why you won’t pay me my money !!!
