Large selection of foods fresh and prepared. Therse meat products and dairy also bread and a variety of of juices and milkshake are also Cappadocia machines and you can make your own smoothies and slashes. There's a well lite parking area to pump gas and air for tires and bikes.

The people are friendly. Too crowded, too busy! Inside and out. The wait for a pump sometimes can be interminable. Floors are not not usually clean. The car wash doesn't get the car clean. Soups don't look appetizing and are not healthy options. Condiments are not kept stocked with fresh product, the area usually has food spills. The hot roller tables aren't kept stocked; the foods that are on them are not hot and aren't (don't) turning to keep the heat even; sometime the food on these are dry and hard as a rocks. Drink areas are sticky with old and new spills. Equipment spouts, where the drinks come out, seem to have old dried on sticky product. They're not always stocked well in their hot case. Check out lines are long. Maneuvering around the lines of people, the tables or carrousels of merchandise, or other blockades to get either to the refreshments or around to the merchandise in general....well, it just takes too long to find what you ant or need, and then to check out. No quick food (hot or cold) for those wanting to watch their intake. Nice option would be to offer cold Slimfast or other similar choices.

We stopped at this Kwik Star for gas and potty break on our way home from South Dakota. The store is very nice and clean. The restrooms were clean and stocked. We also picked up drinks and snacks for the end of our trip.

Jaylen đExcellent customer service. You truly are an Angel! It is refreshing to be greeted with a smile and someone who is actually happy being at their job. He knows what he is doing and is paying attention to the details; had my gas rung up,new plastic milk card ready for me (explained how it worked plus gave me a $1 off)and asked me if there was anything else I needed.I didn't have to ask for my receipt; he had it ready. Is it part of the job? Possibly, but if I wasn't so impressed with this young man I wouldn't be giving a review.He is an exemplary employee and great management material!

I just spent $11 on the worst car wash I have ever received. There was still dirt on my doors, and the windshield still had bugs on it. There was soap running down my windows after exiting through the blow dryers. Wow!!!! Love your store, but I'll never waste another dime on your car wash.

Strongly suggest you never have your vehicle washed here. I selected the Touch Free was as I always do, never would I use the Soft Touch car wash on one of my vehicles nor should you if you remotely care about it. I paid for the elite car wash, I pulled into the machine, the lights turned off for a moment, everything turned on a second later and out come the arms for the Soft Touch car wash and just like that everyone's road debris is spinning all over the paint on my brand new truck. I called the store to ask them to stop the car wash, did not answer, call again, dial tone (someone didn't feel like dealing with phones so the left it off the hook...). Call the hotline number, by the time I get on the phone with someone the car wash has finished. At first they offered me a code for a free car wash, but the words they should've said are here's a code for the car wash you already paid for now go wait in line again for 45 minutes or make time to come back again sometime in the next 30 days.. After explaining that it wasn't free they where just giving me the car wash I paid for they offered to give me my 10 dollars back, woo-pie thanks, I could care less about the 10 dollars at this point. Proceed to spend more time waiting for them to void the transaction and re ring it so they can still charge me for me 20$ or whatever in gas. The guy I talked to in person was nice enough and its not like the machine breaking or the store not answering the phone is his fault directly, but the overall experience was awful. Should've been his manager dealing with it from the start. I wont be back for Gas or a Car Wash.

Really like this location. Friendly employees, clean store. Unlike most other Kwik Stars in the area, this one has a spacious parking lot. Even when they're busy, there's room to park and to easily get in and out of parking spaces and the pumps.

Kwik Star to me is by far the best convenient store in this part of the country. Some are bigger than others having more selection. Everything I have bought there is fresh. The prices on potatoes, onions and bananas can't be beat. I always buy the multi-grain bread. It stays fresh for several weeks unlike many other brands that seem to get stale within a short amount of time. I also enjoy the employees. There seems to always be one available when I need something and can't find it. They will actually walk me to the item rather than just pointing the way. Kwik Star ranks #1 with me.

Love you guys normaly friendly I walk about 1/4mile to this location as a nice walk. I usually need to pee when I get there no problem right? Well recently they have decided to leave the restraint saying the rest room is being cleaned up. The first 2 times I turned around got my things and left. But this time I HAD TO GO!!!!! I open the door lights off and restraint in place, I ignored it seeing it was a tactic now to get people to not use the bathroom..... very dissatisfied with that this is my home store I go to daily

Great Kwik Star, been going there for years! Never had a terrible experience. I ordered a well-done thin crust pepperoni pizza. I like to order well-done because sometimes their pizza can be very floppy. Cooking it well done with the crust slightly singed is how a good New York style pizza should be served. The ladies there gave me a peek in their kitchen to see if the pizza was well-done enough. Very clean kitchen! And a good group of ladies. Pizza was excellent. Thank you.

I highly recommend this location for any of your convenience store needs. I am lucky enough to work across the parking lot and I have been a frequent customer. The staff members are friendly, professional, and helpful. They have a great variety of hot and fresh food items that you can grab when youâre in a hurry. Itâs always clean, including the womenâs bathroom, and if ever something is running low, as soon as you tell the staff they address it. Thank you to all the staff for treating me so kindly at every visit!

Unprofessional Cashier Named Stephanie I had one of the most unprofessional experiences with a cashier named Stephanie at this location. She has numerous piercings on her face and was even wearing a tag that basically said she had the ârightâ to have an attitude with customers â totally unacceptable for someone in customer service. Around 3:00â3:30 p.m., I was waiting for food I had already purchased (as I often do when buying meals for myself and my employees). People from the community who know me from my company, IOWA Got Talent, came up to me asking questions. I wasnât bothering anyone â they approached me. Stephanie kept leaving her register to watch me. Then she came over and demanded to know what was inside my folder, which was invasive and unnecessary. She even went out of her way to bring the manager outside, even though nobody had complained. The manager himself was polite and told me it was fine to sit down, eat, and wait for my order. But instead of letting it go, Stephanie overheard him give me permission, turned back around, and started pressing the issue again. She tried to overrule her own boss, telling me I only had â20 minutesâ and interrupting him when I asked a question. The way she carried herself made me feel unwelcome and embarrassed â as if she had more authority than her own manager. When I asked her about the tag she was wearing, she said she could wear whatever she wanted on her shirt because it was her shirt. That explained her stinking, nasty attitude. It was raining at the time, and I was so frustrated by the way she treated me that I decided right then: I will not be spending my money here any longer. ---
