A year ago we took our daughter's Saturn in for repairs. Passengers door was jammed and would not open from inside or outside. They had to order new door, match paint and repair parts. Was very happy with work. Fast forward a year later the same door was having issues. I contacted John regarding the issue. I respect John as he is always very polite and is a problem solver. The issue was not workmanship it was the parts. I am in customer service 20 plus years and appreciate that they stood by their work and repaired my daughter's car.
