I am really pleased that I walked into this shop at Sierra Auto Care for my car service few months ago. Maria was great and very knowledgeable, professional and social. I felt like I knew her for many years as we chatted about things while waiting for my car service. Nick was very quick, professional, kind and very knowledgeable in his work. I am a happy returned customer as I recently went back to fix the AC in my car as it was not working anymore in this 90 degree heat. Nick not only fixed my car quickly in half a day but he also explained in details as to what happened and why it was not working. I am so happy and thankful to God for finding amazing people like Nick and Maria that are genuine, honest, & like family. My plan was to do my own breaks. My good friend talked me out of it- And suggested to go to Sierra auto care. I am so glad that I listen to my friend and went to Sierra auto Care to get my brakes done. Not only because my brakes were really bad, But because the staff was amazing and friendly. And they even had a phone charger because of course my phone was on like 5% 🤣 I really appreciate them and I will continue to return to them for all automotive needs.
