You can get the same or better work done somewhere else for half the price. For a job to replace an oil pan that we already had we were quoted $560(only for the labor). Took the car to a Midas and it was $120.

I have been very well taken care of by both owner Dan and his son danny.. not to take away from all the other guys in the office or any of the great mechanics.. PACC automotive is by far the most professional and honest auto repair shop that I have brought my vehicle to. I took my 2007 denali to the dealership to have them do an inspection and sure enough, they gave me a laundry list of things that needed to be done. When I took it to PACC, they looked those items over and informed me that the majority were in good shape and not needing repair. I also brought them my vehicle to have the suspension replaced. They worked passed their closing hours to finish up my vehicle while most places would have closed down and held it over the weekend. It's refreshing to see an automotive repair shop that still has ethical standards around customer service, professionalism, and quality work.

If I could give a half of a star, I would. This happened 7/20/22 - 722/22. I brought my wife's Honda Crosstour in with a couple of check engine lights on that I couldn't figure out how to repair. They called back and said we "Think" you need a valve adjustment and a fuel injector service and that "Should" fix your problem. I asked so basically you don't know what's wrong with it and you're guessing? And they replied, well you've never had those done so it's "Probably" that and it "Should" fix it. Ok, how much? "$875". Ok, no problem go ahead and repair it. Get a call back the next day. "We found a bad valve cover and we can't put it back in that way so you're going to need a new one. Don't worry, we'll keep it to show you". Ok... how much is that? "$370." Ok, I guess, do what you need to do. Car's done, go to pick it up. $1275 later, the engine lights went away. Go on a vacation for a week and the car sits all week. Go to start the car, and guess what's back? THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS!!! They didn't fix anything!!! All I ended up doing is paying $1275 for a service that was recommended but obviously not the issue! With gas prices this high and the cost of everything currently, $1275 for "Maybe this will help" service is not acceptable! Nor should it ever be! I don't know how this place has BBB plaques and the rating they do. I can't speak for everyone but from my experience I found that they're expensive and didn't even fix the issue!!! Maybe they're only good for easy things like oil changes. I feel like I was ripped off and it's disappointing. I try to do the mechanic work in house to avoid situations like this and the one time I think I'm taking it in to the "Experts", this happens. Now I have to go to Honda and spend who knows how much on ANOTHER diagnostic fee plus repairs.

The people at PACC are exceptional. My husband and I were out of town and stranded when our truck broke down going over the Grapevine. Fortunately, PACC was opened on that Saturday and they were so amazing and worked to help us on that busy Saturday to get us back on the road. We wanted to say "thanks so very much once again" and encourage anyone who is on the fence about choosing a repair shop and is in that area to trust the honesty, integrity, and leadership of PACC auto.

I've been bringing my vehicles to PACC since we moved to SCV in 2015. Wouldn't take my cars any where else. More recently brought my used GMC Sierra Duramax to them to give it a once over as I had just purchased it used. The guys are really helpful and I never feel like I'm being taken to the cleaners with random stuff needing to get done. They are honest and always do a great job. Thanks PACC!

Honest and reasonably priced. The dealership told us we needed new front brakes and a new water pump. PACC looked at the car and told us neither was needed. They replaced the leaking valve cover gasket for 30% less than the dealer quoted. We have been using them for 2 decades.

My husband and I were customers at PACC Automotive for several years until an incident happened a few months ago. My husband took my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation. Not even a mile after picking up the Jeep the driver side rear wheel completely fell off. After calling AAA, the vehicle was dropped back off at the shop later that day. We received a call the next day from the manager during which he informed us that they put the SPARE tire on the Jeep and it was ready to be picked up. Shocked, my husband kindly asked for the wheel to be fixed and put back into the same condition it was in when initially dropped off. With some reluctance, the manager agreed to restore the wheel to its original condition stating that it would take several days to hopefully find the correct wheel. I later learned from another mechanic that the part replaced was the rotor, not the wheel. Meaning the manager initially tried to give the vehicle back to me with a broken rotor and a spare tire. This was the first instance of dishonesty but would not be the last. When arriving to pick up the Jeep, my husband and I asked for confirmation it was safe to drive and the manager told us yes and that he had personally test driven the vehicle for 20 miles after the labor was performed. After checking the odometer with the original receipt we found he had only driven it about 5 miles max. After enduring this ordeal we requested a refund on the service which was performed incorrectly resulting in this dangerous incident. Instead of being issued a full refund, we were offered a 100 gift certificate for our next service. Needless to say, our trust was broken and the gift certificate was not worth anything to us as we had no plans to return. We respectfully declined the gift certificate and again asked for a refund, to which we were told this was not possible for some odd reason. The manager said he would talk to the owner to see if it was possible and that we would hear from the owner in the coming week, but that was another lie. We also tried contacting the owner directly and of course never heard back. I understand mistakes happen, but the way it was handled was shocking and was the main reason why we decided to move on. They are dishonest and tried to do the bare minimum possible to fix the situation to avoid a lawsuit. Additionally, the manager acted very nonchalant about it and didn’t even apologize. DO NOT ever take your car to PACC auto.

Many of my co-workers also use them to service their cars and I've heard nothing but good things from them. Prices are good and their quality of workmanship is excellent. They usually remember my name when I walk in the door which makes for a nice and friendly atmosphere.

It's difficult to find reliable and reasonably priced mechanics/auto shop. My neighbor referred me to PACC Auto and I have been 100% satisfied. They are to up front about cost and diagnosis, professional and customer service is important to the guys at the front desk. I'm really happy to have them in town as our go to shop.

Great place, super trustworthy people. They continually price me the fairest and best value. I had a clarification to check on and I believe Clayton was insanely helpful even though they were busy and I didn't have an appointment. He gave me his time and advice. I live an hour away but refuse to get my car serviced anywhere else. I might have misheard the name as Clifton, but manager if you see these just know the guy is a champion.
