Honest and no better pricing out there. I thought I had a major engine issue and Ivan had a suspicion it was the type of spark plug the previous shop I had a tune up with had installed. He changed the plugs and that did the trick. My Voyager van doesnt like the fancy spark plugs it seems. Walked out paying $24. Ivan could have taken advantage because I was expecting a big problem and he didn't. That is integrity you dont see often these days.

After years of trying to find out a repair shop that I leave my car and walk off, I find Ned’s through one my friends reco! What a team! I have never met an honest and sincere team likeIvan, Amo and Ed! I had changed front tiers couple of months back and they did alignment as well. Then I changed the back tiers and Ed did alignment again. But while invoicing , he realized that they did alignment couple of months back and there was no need to do it again. He told me I did not need the alignment and did not charge for it!! What a gentlemen they are!! It is a bit drive fro me to take car there but it is worth of every mile!! Highly highly recommended!!

I highly recommend EZ Car Care. One of my commercial trucks overheated on Friday. I diagnosed the water pump as not functioning and causing the truck to overheat. They were able to replace the water pump and get my oil change done as soon as possible (by Monday), given the holiday weekend, I understood. Come Monday (today), they returned my vehicle at the promised time, and our business was able to keep our promises to our customers. Thank you, Zaya! They were friendly and honest, and my truck is back running!

If I could give the team a million stars, I would. The high rating speaks for itself. I towed my car into the shop because the check engine light came on. Zaya was the most helpful and honest soul. I would not recommend or at the very least repeat and confirm everything. I called to the shop and told him my situation I explained that I have a 2004 Ford F250 diesel truck. I told him I believe it’s something electrical. He said to bring it in I mentioned that I will have to tow it in he replied with “obviously” So I had it towed it and immediately he said no he cannot work on diesel engines. He opened the hood and said that the engine looks fried it will need a whole new engine. Fortunately I know a little about cars and I knew his opinion was wrong. I had it towed back to my house and took a look at everything myself and found that one of the fuses was burnt out. Take it however you want but I won’t give them my time.
