Always great! I have Ben getting my car wash here since 1991. They do good job. They take great care of vehicle. They seem to know all details of car handling such as Minivan door etc. owner is very friendly. Manager Isikio is very friendly and all his staff. I recommend this place.

Prices have gone up! Don't get coupons anymore on my grocery receipts, and twice in a row they forgot to add the car deodorizer to my car? Have not been back in a couple of months. I take it through a carwash in another city where it practically dries itself, so I just wipe my tires and spot dry it. Great deal, I can pay $9 or $12 or $15 depending on what products used to wash it, and! That's for an SUV!! The tip I give is to myself for doing a great job 😊

I’ve been looking for a new car wash since moving into the area and this place not only has the best reviews … but the actual service to back them up.. They vacuumed and washed and cleaned my car and conditioned thee inside very well and took their time. Other car washes have missed spots, especially with vacuuming and wiping down but LA PALMA car wash they get the job done! I’m coming back 👍🏼

Sharing a story not only about my car wash, but also about the integrity of an individual that helped me today. The short version of the story is that I'm very happy with the cleaning services at this car wash & that $40 in cash was returned to me today as I entered my vehicle, even after it had been to LA Palma Car Wash multiple times. Long story if you're interested.... We had taken some of my daughter's friends to dinner several weeks back. Being preteens, our friends and us have agreed to try and teach our daughters how to be more independent and responsible by paying for things themselves. The night we went out, one of our friends had given their daughter $40 to pay for dinner and other evening items. Without me knowing, she left two $20 bills way back in our 3rd row cup holder without telling me, probably assuming that I would find it later. Weeks had gone by, and recently, my wife spoke to the Mom of the girl who left the money in my car. The girl's Mom asked if I had found the money in my backseat. My wife said that I probably didn't because I had not mentioned anything to her. She also said that my car had been to the wash multiple times and that it was possible that someone found it and had kept it. I had forgotten to check my backseat, and to my delight and surprise, those two $20 bills were found and presented to me today by one of the staff at La Palma car wash. I remember a time growing up when doing the right thing was always expected and not surprising. It's amazing how that expectation has changed nowadays, but I'm also very glad to have witnessed an act of integrity that still helps me believe in the best of people! I hope we all continue to try and do the right things when no one is looking!

My windows were cleaned more than the inside. I paid $21.99, expecting for my car to be cleaned thoroughly inside, the regular wash said floor mats would be cleaned I paid the extra and they were not cleaned. Yes the outside was washed ok.

AWFUL SERVICE!!! I’m really far from happy.. we came here to do a cleaning of the car, and asked for the regular one that was $16, immediately they considered that it needed a deeper service because it was tooo dirty charging us extra $10... we got it back still dirty inside and I could do a better cleaninig by myself, I just wanted a deeper one that’s why I wanted to pay for it.. they did almost nothing and charged me more than the luxury cleaning.. never coming back but also quite angry for the dishonesty.

Payed $300 to get hard water removed. still have hard water residue and they removed the paint on the rims, they rusted and they don’t claim to be responsible. Now I have to pay more to get them redone. Go somewhere else (Same tire right before and few days after the detail)

The best picture I good get. But I went in to get my car wash WITHOUT these scratches. Then as they were drying it I noticed the scratches. I asked the man about it and he tried wiping it and said “just buff it out” even though they were the ones who did it? I’m extremely upset with this.

I stopped here for a hand wash and detail because my sister and mother had both been. The first man that I talked to wasn’t particularly nice or patient considering it was my first time, which I told him. I paid $45 for hand wash and detail. I waited a little over 30 minutes. There was just one man working on my car as apposed to the other cars there that had 3, not sure why it was that way..but I wasn’t impressed by the job when he was done. However, he did fix up what I pointed out and wasn’t happy with which was nice. I didn’t realize I didn’t get the free car freshener they promised until I got home :( I would recommend this car wash still because they did a decent job & tended to what I asked.

We've been coming here for years and they always do a good job. Price has gone up quite a bit. The staff is friendly and accommodating when you let them know certain spots for extra attention. There's a coupon for their super wash, which helps. Since they spend time to wipe dry the vehicle, you'll probably spend at least half an hour, some people worked on their laptops as they waited. Remember to tip the attendant for a job well done. Pay attention on the payment slip to make sure they check the right box for the vehicle type. We noticed too late that our car was categorized as SUV which is $2 higher (take away 2 stars).

Great car wash for basic detailing. I live far, far away and needed to get my car cleaned up from the drive and waxed for winter. Picked this place as it was near my hotel and for the price, they did a fantastic job. Lots of polish and attempts to get the bugs, grime and waterspots off the outside while the inside was all well vacuumed and wiped down. And of course, a thorough wax. Simple place but efficient and yet attentive enough, not just speeding through cars (granted it was a weekday morning). Would absolutely come back again, if i was in the area.
