As long as u buying you are important. Repairs and maintenance can be a tough spot and long wait but every other visit I get a good tech to help. Some are clueless and just trying to hustle

High pricing. No one even started on the car for 3 days. Had to pay for a rental for a week with no reimbursement. Had to make an appearance for any assistance. Terrible customer service. Worst stressful experience ever. If I can avoid it, I won’t be back.

Lamont in the service department is an absolute gentleman. I spent $250 to tow my truck from Kissimmee because I knew Lamont would give me a straight answer, he would return my calls, he would treat me with respect. He did all that. It's becoming more and more difficult to find people like Lamont out there.

I highly recommend this place! I had the best car salesman ever! Ricardo Vega!!! He is a wonderful person (and an army veteran!) who truly cares about helping the customer get exactly what they need and want! He will work hard to get you the price you need and then he will go above and beyond to help with all the details!! He even got his personal tools out of his car to help me get my Reece hitch off the SUV I was trading in -in the 100* heat! He is all about helping people no matter what!❤️🙌🏼 The finance guy Brian was wonderful too and got me a lower rate than my bank! This was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had!

Horrible customer service and experience. We purchased a brand new vehicle from this location but the service department treats us like we are second class. I worked with Lamount who claims to be a Manager, and he made me feel like a second class customer; lied to me multiple times and I am still waiting on a part for over 3 months. Twice we were told it would be ordered but twice we never received a word on the part being delivered or ordered. It all seems like a scam. Don't waste your time dealing with them.

Sep 2nd I had a scheduled appointment for 7:20 AM. On the evening of the 1st, I had my car towed up to this establishment. The morning of the 2nd at 7:30 I called to insure that the vehicle was there & reiterated my concerns about the vehicle. I was assured that the vehicle would be looked over that day & I would be updated by my service advisor EDDIE. On Sep 3rd I was notified by TEXT of the issue and the price. I called and explained to EDDIE that i had a warranty and the deductible should only be applied. He then looks into my vehicle info & sees what I stated is true & tells me he will file the claim with the Warranty company and it will take 24-48 hrs to be approved. I asked EDDIE for a rental in the meantime (covered through my warranty). EDDIE advises me there must be approved 1st . I Knowing this to be untrue, I call my warranty company & they tell me there should be no wait on the rental. After having my info verified, Sept 5th I call EDDIE. He’s avoiding all my calls & is having me transferred over to an employee that is training & knows nothing about my situation. Finally after telling the trainee Charles that I contacted my warranty company & expose the info EDDIE gave as a lie, I receive a TEXT from EDDIE stating a rental will be available for me the next morning. Not good enough! I have been without a vehicle since the 1st! I end having to get a ride up to the dealership & I speak with the supervisor Lamont (HE WAS GREAT). He heard my concerns & presented me with a rental within an hour. Today, SEP 12th I finally received my car. EDDIE lacked communication & concern for my issue. He NEVER called me for updates (I called him), Did NOT do his due diligence concerning my warranty, He gave me an astronomical price stressing me out without even looking to see that my warranty was in good standing, & was just RUDE. I have nothing Good to say regarding him. But LAMONT went above & beyond.

AVOID! Service department has to be the worse in Florida. There is ALWAYS something with these guys. The service advisors are nice but process wise, they shouldn’t be open for business! Even with an appointment for an oil change, it’ll still take 4 hours. I had an appointment for a check engine light and they said it was just to drop it off and it would take 24 to just diagnose it and then depending on their cue can take up to 48 hrs to get it fixed. Like why? What’s the point of an appointment if it’s JUST TO DROP IT OFF? I have warranty so I have to take it there so I can save but I wish dodge really had a true dealership where it’s a standalone dealership like other brands and not only these auto malls! Again, nothing against the service advisors… very professional but that place, processes and operations are the worse! DONT GO THERE if you value your time!

Absolutely awful! I brought my 2021 Ram Rebel in several times with a ticking noise coming from the lifters and oil on my head gasket BEFORE my warranty was up. Every time they sent me away saying nothing was wrong. I told them I was concerned because my warranty was almost up and there is clearly a problem. My service advisor told me "Don't worry, the complaint is documented. So if something happens, they'll still cover it"...Well fast forward a couple months and now expired warranty, I was performing an oil change on my truck and as I'm draining my oil, I have coolant and metal shavings in my oil!!! I check my coolant and there's oil in my coolant! I have my truck towed in to Lakeland Dodge for the repair they couldn't find and said they would fix and they are refusing to cover it!!

Not very professional or thorough I requested an estimate for servicing my transmission. Arrived at the dealership and it was totally something else and told me not to worry about it that it's lifetime oil. And that if I wanted to do it would cost $800 when they initially told me it would cost $400. In my humble opinion there is no mechanical transmission that the transmission oil will last a lifetime. Their initial warranty is 80,000 mi on the transmission. If you have an eight-speed German transmission service it at least every 100,000 miles.

I just recently went to buy a car and I encountered the best sales person named Francesca. She made me feel super comfortable and excited to buy my first car. She had such a bubbly personality and such a warm heart! Will definitely recommend her to my family and friends.

Service department is trash. Part of our sales deal was to swap the sensors from our new 24 wrangler wheels to the aftermarket from our trade. It took them over 4 hours to complete that job. To make matters worse the so called tech dropped the aftermarket wheel on the center cap and crushed it. After over 3 months we still have not gotten the replacement or reimbursed for it. Multiple service managers and advisors have taken the call and it’s all we will get back to you. 50 bucks isn’t going to kill me but if your worker damages a customers property you should be liable. Take your vehicle somewhere else if you want quality workmanship and no damage to your vehicle.

Went in for my appointment at 9:20am scheduled in advance. Keep in mind this appointment was only for an oil change. Waited over 2 hrs for them to tell me they have barely now started working on my vehicle. What is the point of an appointment if I will not be serviced at that time. Working on it 15-30 mins I understand but 2 hours and it still has not been serviced??? Unacceptable. At least keep me updated so I can be aware instead of wasting my time! Avoid this place!

Do yourself a favor, don't buy a car from Stellantis. Do yourself an even bigger favor and don't get it serviced here. Deeply unprofessional team from top to bottom.

Their service dept is ridiculous. They have absolutely no idea what’s going on. I took my vehicle in for 9 o’clock appt. I did not Hear from anyone all day. I left three messages NO return call. Finallly reached them at 4 o’clock and they said they didn’t work on my car because they were waiting for warranty people to call. They could have called and updated me. I will not return there for any service.

Infuriating. My Ram 1500 has a recall and I’ve been attempting to bring it here for the recall repair plus regular service (oil change, etc). Be forewarned that whoever you speak with regarding the scheduling will tell you whatever you want to hear, that they have the parts, that they are ready to do the work. The first time I scheduled several days ahead, made plans with work schedule and to be picked up and leave the truck. Thankfully I called the day before to check as they told me “oh no sorry we don’t have the parts”. So I waiting a week or two and called back and was told they have the parts and are ready to perform all the work. Both times I scheduled I was extremely clear and specific….i was painfully explicit and absolutely reinforcing “I am making this appointment primarily and specifically to get the recall work performed”. Again this second time I was “we are ready to do the work” and I made an appointment and all the other arrangements with work, etc. I showed up, was greeted by the service person, liners were placed in my floorboards, and device took data from my vehicles computer. After about 20 minutes of this they return, ask for the keys and casually say “oh we don’t have the parts for the recall for another two weeks, but we’ll go ahead and do the service work”. Infuriating. I left. I still have to plan another day to have my service work done but I plan to do it elsewhere.

Brought my car in because it smelled like gasoline inside. They told me it needed a new fuel pump. They charged me $1200 and was there for about 7 hours. Had almost a full tank when i arrived they gave it back to me with a quarter tank. The next day I went to get gasoline. As i was putting the gas in, i looked down and seen all the gas pouring out the bottom of my car. Talk about a panic attack and a nervous breakdown! So now my car smells twice as bad from gas as when I brought it in. And i can’t even drive it. When I brought the car back they stated that the fuel pump was not seated correctly. So mechanic error.
