This is one of the worst place to do business in Muskegon Mi. Not business like at all, no need to make an appointment because he will not be on time and will not even call to inform you that he is going to be late. Customer service skills suck. He did say he was sorry fir not showing up on time but when i asked him if he was ready for my car, he asked me to reschedule for Friday June 8th , i informed him that i had to be out of town that weekend and he said ok have a good day and hung up on me.... 2nd of all the location of this business is terrible, i wouldnt want to leave my car there overnight. Right in the heart of the hood.
