Completely wonderful experience. They were helpful and professional throughout the process from towing to pick up. Kept me informed on anticipated dates for parts and completion. Completed sooner than expected, and too notch work. They also handled ALL the insurance paperwork....other than my initial call to my local agent and two quick calls verifying personal info to the adjuster, I didn't have to deal with ANY of the headache of insurance. Back in August, Hit a deer with my truck in Minnesota on the way back to Nashville and was towed over to West Fargo. Was recommend to Lars and couldn’t have been happier with the work and experience. Everything from the quality to the efficiency of the work performed can’t be matched even when I added more things to be painted. Was given rides from my hotel to the truck to grab items I needed. The best body shop I’ve ever delt with. Definitely recommend if your local to Fargo/Moorhead or traveling thru. The before and after shots speak for themselves!
