The customer service experience at Legacy was above and beyond. From the very first call I made to Michelle at Legacy to my pick up when my car was complete was nothing short of exceptional. Eric was very professional and communicated with me regularly without any prompting on my part. He would call on Tuesday and Friday just to keep me updated. They handles everything from my rental to contacting the insurance companyfor discrepancies in their estimated costs. I gave Legacy my keys and everything else was smooth sailing from there. Rob and his team are amazing. They had to complete significant repairs on my truck after a multi car accident. I had a very tight schedule since i was traveling and far from home. The work required coordinating with another company and ordering parts from the manufacturer. To make all this happen, Rob worked late multiple evenings and ran the truck back and forth to the other company at least twice. Despite this tight time frame, everything was completed perfectly and on time. Rob is very easy to work with and cared about me and my situation personally. Thanks Legacy Collision for a job well done. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend this place! I did not have a ride to go get my rental car after dropping off my Toyota to get fixed, and the lady at the front offered to take me to get my rental car. My car was also fix so quickly! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly!

They will do work to your car you never approved. Have zero quality control. Broken clips throughout my car. Waste hours of your time saying the cat is ready when it's obviously not. I'm so disgusted with their work I want to sell my car. Never take your car here.

Fantastic team that was incredible to work with. The office staff helped in a big way by playing with my kids while I talked to the mechanics and repairmen, and switched the seats to the rental. Incredible service and quick. I love how they helped me know the updates that were happening. I did have a small problem with the rental I was given but they fixed it quick an easy and made up for it 10 times over. Incredible service and team! Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Very courteous and communication was on point. The only constructive criticism is that when I arrived to pick my vehicle up, it was left unlocked in the parking lot. I'm not sure if it was only left unlocked that day or if it was the whole weekend but it did worry me a tiny bit. Repairs were great and nice people, so 5 stars overall.

I cannot recommend this business enough! It is worth the drive! I primary worked with Anna and she was beyond nice from the first contact to the last. However, everyone I interacted with at the shop was very nice! This company took what is an extremely stressful situation, and made it the easiest experience I've ever had with any car company or shop. Anna handled all the communication with all the parties involved. She also kept me updated along every step, which was so comforting. I cannot thank them enough for their sincere kindness, honesty and getting my car looking new again! I have told everyone close to me to use this company if they need. I hope I never have to use them again - but if I do need a collision shop - this is where I will be going!

Legacy Collision was referred to us as one of three repair centers for us to repair our 2004 Toyota Solara. We received estimates from all three shops and decided to go with Legacy as they gave us the best quote and were closest to our home. We were forwarned that the vehicle would most likely be deemed a total loss by all three shops even though the damage was not interfering with the driving of the vehicle. Indeed the outcome was a total loss and insurance gave us the option to retain the vehicle for slightly less than the total payout. Legacy agreed with us that retaining the vehicle might be the better option. At that point they had no further need of involvement with our car; but being a shop with incredible integrity, we thought we'd ask if they could pull out the rear bumper area so that my husband could do the remaining repairs necessary to get the vehicle back on the road. They gave us an unbelievably realistic quote and did the work in two days. We picked up our car today and couldn't believe the incredibly professional job they did on our car. They pulled the bumper out to match the replacement light we purchased! So if courtesy, professionalism, expertise and integrity are your standards, Legacy Collison is your place! We were guided through the whole process by Morgan Harrison who explained all our options with razor sharp accuracy! Touché Morgan!
