Brought my Vehicle in to get fixed after I had a accident… while they repaired most of my vehicle and costed my insurance almost 9k, underneath my vehicle For the Balance they completely did disregarded my balance and stabilizer, and while they offered to get it done and fixed, being able to get ahold of ANYONE to get it DONE has been a absolute massacre…

Worst time wasting experience at this facility, our rep representing the LVC was nice, but BEWARE if you have progressive insurance, the rep For PROGRESSIVE is a nightmare, RUDE, unprofessional and unhelpful person I have ever got in contact, brought my car in for major scratches to the hood and around the car, that was inflected on my car, he open multiple claims, reporting it was different things, i never even mentioned the door handles that’s common sense keys and nails do that your car and didn’t want that addressed he wanted to charge me multiple claims for no reason. BEWARE OF PROGRESSIVE REP IN THE FACILITY. RUDE UNHELPFUL UNPROFESSIONAL. I called him multiple times to see how we can proceed and his number goes to voice mail and he hasn’t call me since then. This will definitely go to cooperate

This is the first time I have ever been moved to write a review about a body shop! I have 10+ years of experience working at 2 franchised car dealerships in the Lehigh Valley, and I don't have the best impression of Rothrock- this is not meant to be a backhanded compliment! I went to Lehigh Valley Collision Center because Progressive guaranteed the work if I went to one of their preferred centers, LVCC being one. I recently started a new job at a dealership and I don't have a lot of knowledge of our body shop yet to know if I can trust them, so I decided to opt for the Progressvie guarantee. Nicole (the estimator at LVCC) was AWESOME. She and the Progressive rep were both quick and efficient, but what stuck out was her attention to detail- she always kept me updated, and more importantly, she LISTENED. She remembered that I asked to not have my car cleaned the usual way after painting, because it was a brand new car (800 miles) and being a black car, I will only ever be washing it a very particular and obsessive way. The work itself was very good- again, speaking from seeing cars go in and out of body shops all the time at my work, so I was keen to examine for sloppy quality, but it was fine. The fender was a teensy bit misaligned along the hood line, it was honestly fine to let go but I was obsessing over it, so she had me bring the car back and they made it perfect. I still have my reservations with Rothrock due to stories/experiences with their sales and service, but I will without hesitation recommend their body shop staff to anyone.

Do not recommend. A repair that I was told would take a week took two weeks. Then, after promising me they would change my oil, but they forgot. Lastly, I had to go to an additional body shop because they didn’t complete all my repairs.

Male manager apologized with sass for leaving my truck light on and forgetting about it so when I went to pick it up my battery was dead . When you get a large service over 2k you expect to have a working battery especially if you brought it in in working condition ! He was rude ! They also half fixed my bumper and said a mixture of it was a older issue and they tried to fix it ! What ?! Never come here terrible service the only nice person here is Stephanie and she needs a major raise . Terrible service and rude individuals . Find another car service center not worth the aggravation and lies they tell you . Ps my bumper is still hanging thanks for nothing

Took my car in for corrosion repair. They repainted all the doors. It has been 1 year and there are corrosion bubbles again. They fixed nothing. I have called multiple times. Left messages for different people. Never get a real person. Always forwarded to voicemail. Voicemails have never been returned. Take your care ANYWHERE ELSE before taking it to these pretenders.

My vehicle had som body work done, they kept it for about 2 weeks, they kept me informed and up to date with the process. When they returned my vehicle it looked amazing, as if nothing happened. They washed my truck inside and outside. Excellent place for bodywork. Highly recommended.

Never take your vehicle here. Told me the job would take 1 week but that turned into over a month without them giving any updates. Picture is what they considered a paint match, I think they might be color blind.

One of the trim pieces is falling off i just picked up my truck I saw the loose pieces the next day the tech said he thought he order a new piece they put the old broken piece in it's place they are going to order a new part have to go back again to get it replaced how this left their shop like this is terrible

I needed a repair after an accident, and I selected this establishment from those offered by my insurance. I was very impressed by how clean the entire place is (even the garage bays!), and the quality of the work was superb! As a nice touch, my car was returned to me vacuumed and I was provided ample paperwork explaining all the repairs that were completed. My only small tweak would be the communication as they still rely on phone calls and voice mails rather than text messages with updates as they occur (which was offered by a competitor when my wife was seeking repairs a few years ago). Hopefully I don't have any more accidents, but if I needed to, I would use them again!

George as my advisor was pretty much left out of the picture with Allstate just like I was but he and I stayed in communication and he has been nothing but helpful and kind. My car was totaled but at least I felt like someone was looking out for me. I'm giving this place five stars based on my interactions with him. He deserves a raise for good customer service! My car never got to be repaired It was totaled.
