This is a family business... they really care in a personal matter. Service is great. Only a few left places like this one in Miami were it is a crowed city and you become just a simple client for every store. He does not overcharge and offer FREE road protection from state to state as soon as you go with him... a 6 star, a gem in Miami!

These mechanics are thorough and honest. Getting service at a local dealership through the years has given me a different list of "issues that HAD to be dealt with right there" that I wouldn't have the money for, so I would decline fixing those issues. Each visit had different "critical issues," but none of those issues would pop up twice at different visits, curiously. Leo Jacks walked me through my car's issues and how everything was actually working as intended, even though my car gave an alert. They explained to me how it was likely a false alarm because of some idiosyncracies in the fuel system if the car's computer ran a jack while gassing up. My car was perfectly fine, and they sent me on my way. The lobby was nice, there's a clear family atmosphere around, and they even offered me a cup of coffee during my wait. I have since told family and friends about Leo Jacks, as I couldn't be happier with their honesty and service. It's a great auto shop.

I walked in by accident a couple of weeks ago. “Sheri” greeted me and politely redirected me to a shop that might have availability as their shop was slammed. While I was there, she looked up some info for me and gave me a rough estimate to repair a side window regulator on my convertible. Since the other shops were busy and not willing to share any info and Sheri was so pleasant, I decided to wait and called Sheri a week later. Fortunately, they had unexpectedly freed up to where they could take my car and I brought her in. Sheri and Leon are great people. Leon has an extensive background with German manufacturers and he took care of my car, turning it around in just a day and a half. The price was VERY reasonable and the experience exceeded my expectations. I recommend the shop and will try them first next time I need service.

Best service and honest repair shop in Florida. My car was acting up so I called Sherry who is Leons wife I explained what was going on she said to come right in when I arrived was waiting for ne with in 10 minutes he came and explained I needed an Alternator. I agreed to have the job done they fixed it right there on the spot and I was up and running 4 hours later. The price was very fair. Sherry and Leo are the nicest anf and honest repair shop in Florida I highly recomend them. My Mustang is 11 years old with 191K and I plan on running it into the ground. Thank you so much.

One of the best Mechanics and professionals to deal with in Fort Lauderdale very good quality repairs at an honest and fair price. The customer service is also great very friendly and welcoming always. I would recommend you stop by if you need anything fixed or even just a regular oil change they specialize on mostly foreign cars but they also do domestic which is great.

I had the most amazing service and experience here! There was a nail in my tire and I called Leo Jacks recommended by a close friend to patch it. They took me in immediately and I got to converse with Sherry who was an absolute gem. I don’t think I waited more than ten minutes before they told me my car was all set. I wholeheartedly recommend Leo Jacks Automotive. As someone who isn’t knowledgeable with cars, it can be anxiety-inducing trying to find a trustworthy mechanic, and even more so as a woman. I genuinely feel at ease knowing that they have my car’s best interest at heart and that they’re not going to manipulate or lie to me for their own personal gain as others do. I have been coming here ever since I moved to FL in 2021, even after moving way south to Miami. Totally worth the drive in my opinion!
