My son, 20 years old, went to Frontline and spoke with Omari concerning necessary repairs for his vehicle. As a business owner and expert in the field of automotive, it was our expectation he would repair my son’s vehicle and provide quality service in doing so. Instead of proper due diligence and diagnosing the issue himself, he repaired my son’s car blindly based on documentation from a previous mechanic, causing further issues and making the vehicle in operable. When addressed by my husband concerning the matter and to find a resolve, due to my son’s lack of experience, Omari lacked empathy and humanity. Instead he insulted my husband, stating that he doesn’t understand business and was adamant my son pays full price for the repairs to the vehicle that is not functioning and remove it from the premises. Now not only will my son be out of the funds for the repairs that did not fix the vehicle, he now has to pay more money to tow the vehicle to another mechanic in hopes that that will for honest and direct. This is an example of why people lack trust for mechanics.

Hands down Front Line Auto does a great job completing work timely and correctly for a fair price. Only negative I’d say is how far they are from me but well worth the drive. Would highly recommend for anyone in need of any auto repairs or maintenance.

I've been going to Front Line Auto since 2015. Initially as a referral, but there's no Mechanics I would trust more than Front Line Auto. Their service is impeccable, they'll quote you pricing on different parts so you can decide what's the best price and option for your vehicle. Omari, the company owner is honest and will not overcharge you like many other mechanics in South Florida. If you're seeking a shop you can trust, look no further than Front Line Auto. I was a Danzel in distress and you guys came to my rescue!! I went to over 5 different places trying to for an engine to my Tucson 2019 and the charges were just like over that there’s no way I felt I could’ve afford. I am so glad I contacted Front Line Auto! I submitted a quote request in the morning regarding my battery discharging. I got a call shortly after and brought my car by late afternoon. My car was returned to me early the next morning fixed and with a small bill. I was relieved. I had called the Ford dealership the week before and they said it would be a $480 diagnostic charge and then whatever needed to be done. My gut said to run and I'm so glad I did. I will always return to Front Line Auto for any repair needs. I believe I was treated honestly and fairly and the people there are really nice too!

I give Front Line Solutions 10 STARS! If you need your vehicle repaired John Giraldo is the one to call. The most honest, caring and dedicated Mechanic. My car needed an ignition switch. A big job done at a very reasonable price. If I ever need work done again, he will be the only one I would call. I highly recommend him for your vehicle repair.

They have expert's in German cars. Its little mismanaged but i got my work done with no appointment needed so that helped, the Benz dealership asked me to wait for one week for a battery change.. Yikes.. Seemed like decent shop, again not the cleanest or high end but will get your job done and will be cheaper than the dealership for small things. Its located on side of road so you can't miss it if you are driving on 21st Ave..
