From the moment I walked in to drop off my truck for repair until the moment I picked it up, everyone was amazing! They were all so friendly, kind and personable; and very informative about the repairs needed and the completion of the job. My truck looked 'prettier' than the day I purchased it just 3 months prior! It looked so good, in fact, I inquired about bringing it back to them for periodic detailing! tldr: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I brought my 2020 BMW M8 Gran Coupe in for body work and I couldn't be happier with the results :) Hooman and Luis helped me and they were so attentive and patient and understanding of my concerns. They worked with me on the price of the quote. Not only did they beat the competition but also such fantastic workmanship. The staff is also very polite and courteous. I hope I never need body work on my cars again, but if I do then Clancy's Auto Body will be the only place I go to get the work done.

I hit roads debris and it did incredible damage to the front end of my car. Bumper, lights, grille, AC condenser, radiator - and the list goes on. Clancy's provided excellent service and quality. Great shop to have your vehicle worked on. Primary for Toyota repairs , and many others. What I find interesting about the shop is that the owner and managers are actively involved in the repair process. Place is clean, techs are certified and have a clean work approach on every vehicle that is been worked on. Love the office personal that actually answer the phone. This is the place to go in the Fortlauderdale area.

I wish that I could have given 10 stars because Clancy’s definitely deserves it. I had damage from a car rear ending me and Clancy’s repaired my vehicle with close attention to details and the perfect color match. It looks as if the accident had never occurred. They handled everything with the insurance company and even dropped me off to the rental car company to pick up a rental car. The communication was outstanding from start to finish. ★☆☆☆☆ 1-Star Review – Extremely Unprofessional and Disorganized I had a terrible experience with Clancy’s Auto Body Repair. First, the representative on the phone was extremely rude and kept trying to argue with me when I was simply asking a basic question. There was absolutely no reason for the attitude, and it immediately showed me how unprofessional this place really is. I had already wasted my time going up there a few days prior to get an estimate, and when I called back, they couldn’t even find my paperwork — even though I had just been there. For a business that brags about being an “authorized representative of Toyota,” they sure don’t act like it. The Toyota dealership next door is the one who referred me to them, but based on how Clancy’s operates, there is clearly no real working relationship there. Nothing felt seamless, organized, or reliable in terms of parts or communication like they claimed. I absolutely do not recommend this place, especially if you have a newer vehicle. I ended up going to another shop that was professional, helpful, and actually knew how to treat customers with respect — and I’m extremely happy I didn’t trust Clancy’s with my repair. Avoid this place. There are much better options out there.
