Usually people don’t take the time to provide feedback when it’s good. I scheduled an appointment with Marty because my alternator went out. He was able to provide me with tow service and kept me informed all through the process. He went above and beyond and completed the job same day. Even put air in the tires and refreshing my oil etc. it’s really hard to find a good local mechanic that doesn’t try to up charge you on things. He will work with you and very affordable !He won me over with the great customer service. I highly recommend this shop. I’m now referring friends and family . Thank you so much !

I drive a 2020 Kia Optima S. I drive alot for work. Had some issues with the car starting, it would shutter but always start, even if it was slow or struggling to start. Dealership said there was no issue after having the car for 3 days. 3 months later my car died, and would not start. I dropped it off with Marty, he called me at 10ish and told me what they found, the cost, and I approved it. By 3pm the car was ready! 1 day, and 1/3 the cost from the dealership. Brought my car in after shopping for several different sets of tires. Marty had sourced a few tires for me prior to picking up my car from an oil change. I requested one other tire which I had been looking at. After getting a chance I stopped by to place the order and within a few days was dropping the car back off. His shop explained the specialty service the car needed for my tire sizing and how low the car sits. They offered to keep the car over the weekend and had it completed first thing Monday. Extremely happy with the tire choice alignment and balance. The car feels like a completely different vehicle. More stability and less fight in the steering. I've only been to this shop twice and can feel the respect this business has for it's customers. The level of service and knowledge is a very welcome change from the normal stealerships. If you're a car person, it's much more comforting to know people understand what you are looking for and are speaking about. Marty, I thank you and your staff for such a pleasant and honest experience.

I've known Marty for over 30 years, and now that I'm living back in South Florida, I'm beyond pleased to see that his shop — Marty's Complete Automotive — is not only still going strong but thriving. It’s no surprise to me that his business has grown, now with a full team of expert mechanics who share the same commitment to quality and honesty that Marty has always been known for. This was my first time needing vehicle service since moving back, and I didn’t hesitate to bring my Lexus RX350 to Marty’s. The team replaced both the front and rear brakes for significantly less than what the dealership quoted — and they had the job done the same day I dropped it off. The shop was busy when I arrived, with a steady stream of customers coming in and out, but the team was clearly efficient and well-organized. Even with all that activity, everything ran smoothly and professionally. They say when it comes to car repairs, you can only pick two out of three — quality, low price, and speed — but Marty’s continues to prove that’s not always the case. Has been a while since I was here. Used to take one of my son's Ford Escape here for simple, general maintenance. This time, he took care of an engine repair (all the top end seals on another son's '01 Lexus IS300 that, after 25 years, were leaking like a sieve - if you have any Lexus/Toyota with a 2JZ motor, you know ....) for less than anyone else. Engine came back running great, looking clean, work was timely done. They found some other parts that needed replacement while doing the job and only charged me for the extra parts since the removal/reinstall work was already included in the original quote. Just an all-around pleasant experience - and how often can you say that about having work done on your car?

What’s most important – there are always issues you bump into and that’s when you find out what kind of people you’re dealing with.
