I refuse to go anywhere else for state auto inspections. I'm always in and out. Integrity is top notch. Several years ago I went in for inspection and before bringing my car in the technician came back in and said "Hey, I can tell you right now your tire tread is going to fail. I can inspect it and give you a reject sticker or you can go and get some tires RIGHT NOW and come back." I saved myself the trouble of a safety rejection, got four new tires and came back.

Wouldn't go to any other place for service. Good folks, good family and they work hard. I can't say anything negative about this place. Time and service is quick, these guys know how to fix anything or get you in the right direction. This is a dedicated team in fixing any mechanical issue you may have. 100/10 worth.

There were a couple of times that I thought something needed to be done with my car and either it wasn’t as bad as I thought or just didn’t need to be done. I've been to Leominster Service Center many times with big and small repair needs for my Honda Accord. The staff is always friendly and the quality of service is great. I've never had an issue with any of their work and I would highly recommend them. Easily one of the best if not the best auto repair shop in the area.

Turned my car in for an alignment, within a few minutes was told the alignment could not be completed due to another problem, picked up the vehicle only to be charged 65$ for absolutely nothing to be done …….. RIDICULOUS

The best garage experience of my life! My car started shaking as I was driving it so I pulled into their lot. The guy came out plugged the code reader in, ordered the parts and had me bring it back in the next day. These guys are the best! I had two nails in my tire in the same week and in a pinch they fixed the first and then did the second one on the house a couple days later! These guys literally saved my car! First of all, they picked it up from the detail shop it was at for me–no charge–and inspected it for oil leakage. They alerted me to what was essentially a hemorrhage of oil coming from several potential sources. Had they not, my engine would have seized on the highway somewhere for sure. Furthermore, the details and specifics they provided me made sure I would be able to effectively fight with Hyundai to cover the $4000 warranty work Hyundai didn’t want to cover. Those details were essential in my argument. The car had 94K miles on it and a 100K mile warranty. And I just finished paying it off. Also, we had them do a full safety inspection on my MIL’s older car, and they let us know there were NO ISSUES whatsoever and charged us nothing. Who does that? Also, one time they were concerned my oil filter wasn’t seated properly, and they didn’t have my number, so someone from the shop drove to my house to let me know so they could properly reseat the filter. I send my entire extended family to LSC. They make and honor timely appointments. They are not alarmists and provide timely notices of future work that needs to be done: filters, brakes, tires, etc. They are not opportunists like many other repair shops. They are good guys with a welcoming attitude and they have never disappointed me or anyone I have sent there.
