GRESHAM Les Schwab always gives me good service. August 16 at about 345. I called on prices for my Horse Trailer replacement tires Kelly the Manager’s right and left-hand gal gave me quotes on tire prices and she said they were slow. They could get it done Saturday I said but it’s about 335. I said I am 40 minutes away. She says I’ll have them here by the time you get here and we’ll have on by 5 o’clock I got there a little early and it was about 355. She met me at my truck said the tires just showed up and we will have them mounted before five. They were mounted before 4:50 PM. I’m sorry I forgot that young lady’s name but she’s irreplaceable. I’m a previous customer of a different Les Schwab and I got a tire puncture coming into Gresham and I made it to this location. They were able to repair the flat ahead of their estimate and it was free of charge! Wow!

Absolutely terrible. Called in to get an appointment for a flat tire repair and they said it is going to be 3 hrs. I got the appointment scheduled and came in 3 hrs later. Turns out, they didn't even put me in the system and now I am being told its going to be ready in 1 hour. I came back an hour later and they still didn't start working on my car. Getting a flat tire replaced takes a maximum of 30 minutes. Don't know how other locations operate, but I definitely wouldn't recommend this one because of my experience.

Purchased new tires at Les Schwab, Gresham, Oregon. Bay were busy as I drove up. I was advised at the counter by Marcella? My car would be ready at 12:00 pm. I asked for a phone call when my vehicle was ready. Upon picking up my vehicle— driving from Gresham Oregon to Olympia, Washington— Toronto end tires shaking bad from Woodland, all the way to Olympia Washington. I had pulled over several times to check the tlugnurs and tire movements. This was very nerve racking to thinking something was going to happen, or the lights were going to be stripped, or the tires having an uneven wear. Because I had to go to work Saturday even at the office, I couldn’t go into Les Schwab until Monday afternoon after work. Monday passenger tire was checked and the wrong weigh. (Not the weight falling off or the tire not beaded correctly!) Today I have to go again because the driver side front tire is wobbling. This time alll three of the tires will be checked for unsatisfactory performance of the employee. I understand the location was busy. Maybe there wasn’t any more of the weights needed for my tires. The fact is this: installing improperly unbalanced tires of the wrong weight can damage and impact the ability to brake properly, traction and stability, which puts the driver and others on the road at risk of blowouts, or loss of control of the vehicle ESPECIALLY on AWD vehicles.

Came in late in the day with a slow leak from a nail in my right front tire. The store was quite busy but they still were able to promise it would be repaired before closing time (18:00). They had it repaired and I was back on the road by (17:30). A great crew at the Gresham Les Schwab Tire Center.

05/24/2025 I visited Les Schwab in Gresham because I needed new tires for my truck. I've been to three different Les Schwab tire place in the Portland Gresham area and these guys are the best in customer service hands down in my opinion. They are very customer oriented, friendly, polite and professional. From the moment you walk in the front door, it was about helping us. The guy behind the counter (Gunner) was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped find and chose the right tire for our vehicle. I watched as his well oiled crew moved around and serviced every customer quickly and smoothly. Thank you for the great service you guys! I recommend this tire place to friends and family!

I'd like to give very special shout out to Seth, but the whole team at this location is top notch! Seth has taken care of two problems for my wife's car in the past few months. Today she said he hurt himself working on the car and he still completed the job. He maintained his calm and easy going demeanor throughout his interaction with my wife and made sure she felt satisfied with the job he performed on her car. I've gotten into giving reviews because customer service has something less than an after thought these days so when I come across good service I ha e to acknowledge and commend it! I can't speak for every Les Schwab location but if you want peace of mind and not having that feeling in your stomach that someone is taking advantage of you, then head to this location in Gresham. Impeccable service. I went in fully prepared to pay for a new tire, but instead they were able to fix my flat, rotate and fill all 4 tires with no charge, in under 30 min. I was also not talked down to or treated like I know nothing about tire maintenance. I’ve come to expect great and honest service from Les Schwab, and this visit was a perfect reminder of why.

I've heard 5 star reviews are useless. I call shenanigans. This place has never failed me. I've never taken my new car here, but have taken all my cars for the last 10ish years. Hadn't had any services yet, still have the tires that came on the car. I caught a gnarly piece of metal, thought the tire was done for and was gonna end up with a 4 tire purchase today. Instead I drove away with a repaired tire and a zero dollar charge. Why would anyone go anywhere else for tires and brakes? Do yourself a favor and bring your cars here.

My favorite tire place has a really good warranty, and I highly recommend them. I usually buy my tires here because they have really good options. They offer three choices: basic, medium, and the most expensive. Whichever one you pick is the one you get. They can also switch the tires and check your air pressure if it’s low.

SETH and CARL went above and beyond for my fur babies and me. I am in the middle of a move from AZ to HERE. The move puts a lot of pressure on my tires. I didn't know how bad until one popped ON THE WAY BACK UP, and I came in for one replacement after a thorough inspection. I was informed of how bad it was, but they still said I had affordable options and time. All my tires are one step away from bald, so after sleeping on them overnight. I couldn't really drop $800 on four new ones, so I was going to get two and pray, but they helped me get set up with a credit line. I was in and out in 30 mins. Now I have four brand-new tires, all on warranty, and a credit line I can use next time or to extend my warranty. I've been here two weeks the move and weather has been rough but this made my week. The kind souls here really are light the darkness.

I was in desperation and they took me in and helped me out the last hour of the day. They were not only kind and friendly to me, but I overheard the guy at the counter treating another customer with cheerful friendliness. As I left, even though it was closing, one of the guys wanted to make sure I didn't need any help (being a paraplegic). I choose Les Schwab over the dealer because they are everywhere when I'm away from home and need help, and offer good useful services and guarantees.
