I came in to have my brakes inspected in July. I was told I needed new brakes and calipers. I paid to have them replaced and asked if the rotors were okay and was told yes. A few weeks go by and I still hear squeaking. I came back to have them checked out again and was told everything was fine. Now I’m at VW spending another $600 because my rotors were not resurfaced properly and ruined the new brake pads that were put on in July.

Loved the service Ryan gave me over the phone. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and was an all around great help. But when my husband came by later that day to pick up my rim whomever gave him the replacement (love that rim btw, and will be buying three more when I replace my poor totaled Honda Pilot) forgot to inform us the rim had locking lugnuts (oops, we all have our off days lol), so when we went to install it we had to stop and spend the rest of the day hunting down the right tool to unlock them. Something that isn't huge, but was a bummer since it killed our momentum. Honestly the guy totally missed out on upselling us. I had no clue how much the specialty tool would cost, and would have paid at least $50 for one. Turns out my friend's mom had some extra keys in her shop. According to her, I should have paid Schwab an extra 50 to 75 dollars. I'm just glad I ended up not paying since it took me over 3 hours just to hunt that sucker down.

Would have been 5 stars except for one disappointment. Always check your bill to see if it matches the quote! They're sneaky! I was initially very pleased with my experience at Les Schwab. The manager happened to be on duty and he gave excellent service. Was polite and to the point with his recommendations. I especially appreciated that he showed me the tire damage on my car to explain why I needed new tires. I appreciated his transparency and he even recommended I postpone some service that wasn't urgent to a later date. He explained each price quote to me and helped me to select the best option for my situation. However, I was displeased that the final price I paid was different from what I was quoted. And it wasn't because tax was more than expected. Upon investigating the bill, it turns out Les Schwab installed a new set of windshield wipers without telling me and tacked on about $60 to the final bill. I probably needed the windshield wipers and wasn't going to go through the extra hassle of getting the wipers off and then buying and installing my own. But to not even tell me or offer to sell me the wipers? To just install them without asking and sneak it onto the bill, even though we didn't talk about it and that's not what I was quoted? That wasn't cool, and it matches the stereotype of these auto repair businesses being shady and taking advantage of their expertise to exploit the customer.

I've been driving for 35 years. And 75% of all my tires and brakes have been done by Les Scwabb. 7 maybe 8 locations between Southern Oregon and Southern California. Once had a warranty replacement in Idaho. This location has convinced me I (they) have no need for my loyalty. Had brakes done about 3 years ago. Special ordered drilled and slotted. Brakes worked great. Yet for some reason my parking brake wasn't adjusted. Every brake service i have ever had included parking brake adjustment. Parking brake when engaged did not hold my truck in place as it did on every other vehicle prior. Had tires installed on my wife's Crosstek. Though I paid for an alignment with the mount and balance the front end was far from aligned. The print out I was presented was all red when it should have been green. I asked about having the camber bolt replaced to allow for more adjustment and was told they don't do that. I offered to buy the bolts and was told they won't install customer purchased parts. Then why charge me for an alignment that will surely void the tire warranty? In November with winter approaching I needss new tires and a suspension upgrade for my truck I called to have them order the suspension I wanted. Was told the suspension I wanted wasn't available. I found the suspension from 2 companies. One in Southern California and another in Texas. Both could have everything sent over night. Told them about the companies. I suggested I buy the suspension and have it shipped to the store. Nope. Won't install customer purchased parts. Could it be they cant mark-up the price? Probably since they tried to sell me even more expensive suspension. Was assured they would check into the 2 companies I mentioned. Been close to 3 months and still waiting on a return call. Having given up on Les Scwabb I contacted 4wheelparts. Not a problem. They are sourcing everything I have asked for. The Crosstek will have the needed upgrade to the camber bolt, new tires and a proper alignment. My truck will have the suspension I wanted as well. Pretty disappointed as Les Schwabb began servicing rural customers from their first day of operation. Living in the mountains I wanted to support a company that started by providing services for rural areas. No longer the company that I have always been able to depend on. Leslie would be turning over in his grave.

This was my first time ever buying tires from Les Schwab and my experience was great, but it probably varies on what service you are getting done. So be mindful of that. I came at the right time as they were offering free alignment for any tire purchase above $500. That was a good incentive for me to purchase a better tire. Expect long wait times so either drop your car off or be prepared to be there for a few hours. I overheard someone come in for a rotation and they were told to wait for over an hour. I would have just went home and did it myself if i were them. That being said, they followed directions pretty well. I had aftermarket wheels on my car and wanted to mount the tires on my oem wheels and even had different lug nuts for the wheels. They did everything perfect. No miscommunication at all, no trying to upsell me, literally nothing bad. Next time I need tires i will definitely consider them.

I brought my truck in for service and for two tires , I call twice to clarify that I only need two tires and after being reassure they installed 4 tires and I was force to take all 4 tires.. the manager was the person that got all 4 tires installed and lied to me saying they only replaced two . When I saw my bill and questioned there service they said there installed and to take my vehicle back . I will not be returning back to any Les Schwab .

Had them fix a tire with a nail in it. Tipped them, even though it is offered as a free service. When we asked them to reset then tire light, they told us all the sensors were bad and it would cost $200+. I really like Les Schwab due to their excellent customer service, but the Rialto location is shady... be careful/ watch out. We got the sensor light off at a different location no problem at no cost.

I just want to say that I am pleased with the service that this location gives me, they’re very informative and kind I’ve been going here for the past two years now for repairs and a tire swap and I must say that the warranty this place has is really outstanding. Eric and Brandon have very informative and helpful but so does the rest of the staff there it’s pretty welcoming.

I normally like to come here even tho it’s a lot pricier than Walmart across the street and I always get a fast and smooth oil change and never have a bad experience I moved to another city but I came today because I was in the area and again I like coming here but as of today I will not be coming again Alex is the one that greeted me after waiting in the lobby a couple of minutes where he and his colleagues can clearly see me through the lobby window. He came in stating he didn’t see me then asked what I needed and I said I wanted to do an oil change and he hesitated and asked if I wanted it today so I said yes and again hesitated and said ok well get it done then I asked if he knew about how long it would take and he said well we close at 6 so I’ll have to get it done before that and it’s 5:40/5:44 so it’ll be fast (kind of worried me hoping they will still do a good job) I walked to Walmart and then I get a call at 6 from Alex and he stated that unfortunately they didn’t have the filter they needed to do an oil change for my car and that luckily they hadn’t started on it so if I can pick it up. To sum it up I strongly feel that they wanted to leave already so came up with that excuse and then as I was getting to the location he was outside talking to another customer I’m assuming and I asked if my keys were inside and he said yes I’ll be in right now and then said you know what they are I too of the counter you won’t miss them you can get them. I had e never experienced anything like this from this location. Not sure if they aren’t allowed to do overtime or just simply wanted to clock out but definitely lost $100 for the day

I bought very expensive tires with rims I was happy about how they looked, but on 2 different occasions when I would take my truck to get serviced, I noticed fat screws puncturing my brand new expensive tires, screws that were laying around the ground of leschwab shop. I asked to speak to the manager and I told him that my tires were brand new and they punctured my tires cause they have screws on the floor and that I didn't just want them patched I wanted new ones , both times they only offered to patch them. Not cool. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Also took my wife's Honda to get an alignment and withing 2 weeks the car was unaligned and they blamed my wife for it they said she was just a bad driver.

1/2021 review. One of our tires popped on the road and brought it in. Tire was still under warranty, so if was replaced with new tire, hassle free. Thank you guys for the great customer service and getting us back on the road safely! *Update there was a fee for 50% of the tire because of 50% thread life remaining, no other fees.

I was having issues with my Tucson’s tire pressure, and what seemed like a simple fix was made even easier thanks to Les Schwab Tire Center. I called to ask about the tire check-up mentioned in their flyer, and was pleasantly surprised to learn that checking tire pressure is completely free. When I arrived, Brandon assisted me and quickly filled all four tires in under 10 minutes. I’m very grateful for this excellent service—it’s definitely a valuable resource for many car owner.

Had a piece of metal puncture my tire. The Techs were able to repair my tire during their new late hours, saving me having to call off work and also got me out the door quickly without any problems or "upsale" spins! Will be back again for sure when I replace my tires!

LS has absolutely gone downhill, and won't even flat repair vehicles that have rims not purchased through them. And the reps are disrespectful. Been a faithful LS customer for over 10 years. This is the 3rd time of pettiness from them so now I'll take my business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

*Second Update* the staff is still cool, the restrooms and common areas are still extremely clean, coffee and popcorn is still topped off **update**Great place, friendly staff, always clean, free coffee and popcorn, children's coloring area. A little disappointed that it's mostly by appointment now since my work schedule is all over the place.. although walk ins are welcomed. Best price? No, above and beyond service? Yes! And that makes it worth it. *Seems like after covid the lines and waiting have shortened dramatically, which is a good thing. Much better than that post covid era. Good job rialto team*

Customer service still exists — and Alejandro proved it today. After being treated poorly by another tire shop, I called Les Schwab and immediately felt the difference. Alejandro was respectful, responsive, and took care of me right away when I arrived. He handled my urgent tire issue quickly and even waived the usual service charge. That’s how you build loyalty. Thank you, Alejandro. You earned a long-term customer today.”
