I have been taking both my cars to this shop for about 5 years. The owner and managers are helpful and they remember you personally each time you come in. Being from a small town, that familiarity allows me to trust a service. I am writing this review because yesterday I went to the dealership for an issue with my VSA and TPMS systems. Honda dealership wanted to charge me $600 to replace these two sensors. I took it to Quality Tire to get a second opinion. The manager wasn't too busy, so he personally diagnosed the problem, analyzed that the VSA wasn't in fact damaged and reset the computer codes. He spent an hour total on this and didn't charge me a cent!!! The Honda dealership had gotten a diagnostic code and wanted to charge me to replace a part that wasn't damaged; they weren't interested in analyzing the actual problem. This honesty, familiarity, analytical intent, and customer relation mindset will keep me coming back for years to come. Thank you Quality Tire for understanding the long term benefits of good customer service!

Israel and his staff are friendly and professional. They will go out of their way to make you have a pleasant experience getting your car serviced or repaired. They are honest and trustworthy. They have serviced my previous vehicles, 91 Toyota 4x4 pick-up and 09 Toyota Corolla LE. They currently service my 2015 Toyota Camry SE. They will not stear you wrong. They will let you know what needs attention right away or what might need servicing or repaired in your next visit. I have been taking my vehicles to them since 2005.

I have been going here for about 2 years. Really nice, straightforward personnel. The only thing I wish was a little better is the bathrooms. I understand it's a car place, but some air fresheners, soft tissue. Maybe a picture on the wall. But I do like the place and the service is great.

Went there because of a groupon deal for an oil change. The guys are really nice, helpful and not trying to sell you services you don't need. Regular prices I have seen posted were a bit on the high end and due to this place being 20 or so miles to my home, unfortunately I will not be a regular. But if you live in Fontana or Rialto, consider giving them a try . You are not going to be disappointed.

This my second time here and they did not disappoint. I went in to the office, they greeted me and asked me my name. It popped right up on their system and the gentleman quickly saw that I brought a different vehicle this time. He asked me what I was there for, wrote it up, and let me know about their waiting room. It seats just a few people but that hasn't been a problem.They get me in and out of there in a timely manner. The room has fresh coffee, cold water, and a place to sit while watching TV. What more can you ask for? I even struck up a conversation with other clients about something we saw on TV.

I went here to get an oil change that I got on Groupon. Avoid at all costs. Marlin is probably the only good thing about this place. I got an oil change and they misplaced my power steering wheel cap and my steering wheel started to make a whining noise. When I opened the hood the power steering fluid spilled everywhere and there was smoke. I refilled it and covered it with a rubber glove and called them and talked to Jose. He didn’t say sorry or that they made a mistake. Then when I went in, he hadn’t ordered a cap or have it in stock. I essentially drove back my car in that condition just so he could open the hood and believe what I was telling him. Then I returned again and I had to request a few times and they still didn’t even clean the fluid spilled everywhere. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had and I usually don’t leave reviews but it was such a bad experience that I had to. All I wanted was them to fix what happened but the manager was very unhelpful. Again, Marlin was very nice and dealing with him was great but I’m disappointed with the standard and the customer treatment. Make sure you check the work they do.

Got a groupon deal and gave them a try. I make an appointment and got there early, but they still got started as soon as they could (before my appointment time) which was good. As far as I know the oil change was done with no problems and it was supposed to include a tire rotation but I'm pretty sure they didn't do that. Oh well, I need new tires anyways so it wasn't a big deal but still. As far as the oil change goes it was good, but that was it. They didn't look at or tell me anything else so...

I have gone to Quality Tire for 8 years or more. I would NEVER go anywhere else. It is a 45 minute drive both ways to their shop but, I trust them without question for all my auto needs. I highly recommend them to anyone who has any car care needs. They treat you like family from the very first day.

Been coming hear for a couple of years now and always a good service. Marlon is always friendly, helpful, and honest when answering questions. I was never pressured on any recommended service. When I had a minor leak in my steering fluid, which I already knew, he would let me know and just top it off when I get an oil change. I have other shops that's a lot closer to home but a good shop is hard to find so I'll drive the extra 10 miles.

Been going there since I got my first car for an oil change, and that's during high school. They're very friendly to talk to and very easy to get to know them. My family has been going there and it has had no car trouble ever since. If there's something wrong with the car, they will let us know and how to fix it. If anything, they'll fix it on the spot for a good price.

I purchased an oil change through Groupon. My appointment was at 2:00 PM, but I arrived a little early around 1:45 PM and dropped off my vehicle. They didn’t return it to me until 3:00 PM. Taking 1 hour and 15 minutes for a simple oil change is honestly ridiculous. Even worse, although I paid $35 through Groupon for the oil change, they tried to charge me an additional $45 claiming I needed synthetic oil and other upsells. This felt like a total scam. I’ve used Groupon for oil changes before and never had to pay extra like this. I will never go back, and I strongly recommend that others stay away from this place as well. I wish I could give 0star.
