I have been here multiple times for most if not all of my major repairs and they have always been helpful! They have the vehicle ready in a timely manner and communicate very well with their customers. The receptionist is great at giving you the rundown on your vehicles issues and gives you a breakdown on the cost of your vehicle. Alex is a great person who will work on getting your car fixed one way or another no matter the issue. He will stay a little after work to have you pick up your car if its passed their closing time. Thank you as well to the mechanics who do a great job! Keep it up!

I took my car here for a check engine light. I have scan before hand, and had one code I left their shop with, another code I received at there shop and I did pay for them to fix that problem as well but they don’t know what they are doing. $1200 don’t go here I don’t recommend the shop. You said you returned my money that’s a lie you gave me $500 back and for calling the bar I will call them if your shop is not doing proper work and as for no one can fix my car meaning your shop your correct it’s fixed now.

I have recently found out about this place not to long ago. They've helped me replace my tires, patched them, and even when I was urgently looking for someone to take out my lock lug nuts they came to the help with a low charge! So far this place has been my go to when it comes to tires; the prices are fair, and they get the job done. The mechanics here are nice, respectful, and quick to fix any problems. Thank you to Alex and all the mechanics working there .. they are always respectful and being a woman they have never made me feel dumb. Like other shops have made me feel. I have never felt like they are taking advantage of me. This is why I continue to take my cars back. Prices are fair and my car runs great after being serviced. My family has been coming to this shop for years; and that’s because this is a honest shop with honest people. They provide a wide variety of great service and offer warranty as well. These guys really stand behind their work and for that I give them 5 stars hands down. I took my 2011 Camry there back in 2020 to get work done and at that time thought I found a shop I can trust until I went and got my transmission replaced spent about 6000, then everything after that started to fall apart. I replaced my water pump when I got that replaced less than 6 months it went out and a loud squeaking noise happen took it back had to get the water pump replace and serpentine belt I drove it off the lot and had to turn back because it was making a weird noise now my water pump and serpentine belt is done again now and it hasn’t even been a year I’m not a mechanic but this isn’t normal so now I have to come up with money for a new car or to get it replace mind you I go and get my oil change etc. I even texted the owner Alex to tell him and never got a response back. *****UPDATED***** Well since you want to response with that kind of comment let’s go ahead and do this…1- did I neglect my car 1000% I did. why!? Because I didn’t trust mechanic because as a woman they take advantage and I thought we found a shop we can trust…2- don’t get it twisted I never said a mechanic wouldn’t touch my car I didn’t trust someone to do it3- you want to talk about payments ok let’s go I went from one charge then oh a month later something went wrong then there another charge so yea my bill from you went up. You don’t want to take accountability for you not taking care of my car ok how about when you replacement my transmission and did you test drive my car nooooo I got my car drove down the street and called you and said hey my alignment is off and your response “oh yea sometimes when you get your transmission replacement it can mess up with your alignment.” Or when you you replace my ac compressor 3 times instead of checking the bigger picture and seeing why it keeps “going out” you just kept replacing it and even one time (i have in text) I drive off your lot and my ac never blew cold air and I had to bring it back, and another time I said hey my car is smoking from under and sent you a video you replied with that’s just old oil residue no it wasn’t my oil gasket was leaking So you want to put your response and try to make it seem like “I’m that kind of customer” then ok. Well since we got time I’ll go ahead and take this to the next step. Just like you, I got receipts. Stay blessed! Ps Justin said what’s up

The guy in the office couldn’t get me out of there fast enough. I came in looking for new tires but like all costumers had question about my tire size and pricing. We started off with pricing once I heard 1000$ was taken back because I was not expecting a bill that high. Thankfully he just blew me off after a minute of considering it and just gave me a card. If he would have waited another minute you would have had me. Ended up going somewhere else and saving time and money.

I had a great experience at Rialto Auto & Muffler. I brought my car in because of some issues and I had no idea what was wrong with it. They recommended to replace the crankshaft sensor. They were very honest and clear about what needed to be done. They replaced the sensor and also did an oil change. My car is running smoothly again, and I feel confident knowing the job was done right. It’s rare to find a shop that’s both skilled and trustworthy, but they delivered on both fronts. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and repairs.

I wanted to wait at least a week to give an honest and fair review. I went in on 11/24/25 to figure out why my car had been smoking the day before. This place is close to where I work and I had seen they had really good reviews so I took a chance. Dropped it off first thing when they opened, had an answer to what the problem was by 9am and was given a fair price. Everything was good and done by 1pm and my car has ran smoothly since, no more smoking or burning smell, they even followed up with me via text to check on how everything was going which I found very responsible and noble. Also was given a warranty of up to 1 year or 12,000 miles incase it starts acting up again which is nice.I would come back if need be in the furture for more services. Thank you guys very much and great job.
