Ugh. 20 minutes and the girl snapping her gum at the counter couldn't ring up an oil change. Se seemed relieved we said we were leaving. Of course we went elsewhere. So sad, 1st bad experience here.

I want to thank the whole team that works there, especially the techs that were working Saturday afternoon on 2/15/2025 I had gone to American tires and Pep-boys first for a tire repair and I was told that the tire was not repairable. However, they were trying to get me quotes to by two tires because my car would run uneven if I only bought one. I however, went to Les-Shwab and this was not the case with them. They immediately assessed the situation and advised that the tire was able to be repaired. They ride away got it fixed for me and got me on my way. Please keep in mind that it was almost closing time, and they still took the time to get it done the right way. Thank you Les-Shwab team.

I have been to the Hemet location about 5 or 6 times and have always had a pleasant experience. They are very busy so an oil change will take around 1 to 1 and a half hours to complete. They patch tires and will check and fill your tires with air free of charge. In my experiences, it has always been better to schedule an appointment online rather than walking in.

I had an appointment at 5:30pm for 4 new tires. After completing my tires the manager Chris noticed my breaks were shot and starting to cause damage. He squeezed me in last minute for a complete break job! I am so exceptionally grateful and pleased with the job done as well as the astounding costumer service from the whole team. They truly value their costumers old and new.

I'm going to get tires today, but I will avoid Les Schwab. The last time I was there, they tried telling me I needed new struts. I took my car to the dealer, and the struts were in great shape. I'm going to Alan Tires. I've never been told I need false repairs there.

19MAR2019 Les Schwab will continue to earn my business 100% Had a flat tire today, 5 min before Les Schwab closing time. Called to see if they would take me and they told me they would wait until I arrived ( was 5 min) after closing time. As soon as I arrived was greeted by Tom and Robert. I can't say how welcome these gentlemen make you feel. Odd to say, but it feels as if they welcome you as a friend and customer at the same time. In addition, what a great feeling when Tom told me they were under warranty still and covered at no charge. Thanks again Tom, Robert, and the rest of the team for making me and my family feel welcome and for such amazing customer service! 21NOV2018 3rd visit back, again Robert was outside greeting me before I parked. Service started with a phone call at 4:30 with Robert on a quote for 4 tires again. Best price I found again even though I knew I wasn't going anywhere else but Les Schwab due to their customer service. Tires were not available on site but Robert asked if I needed them today he would make it happen, and I happened to need them same day due to a trip. Return was because 2 of my tires were worn out and no one else came close to beating the price for 4. Upon arrival, Robert and his available staff greeted me as I was pulling up and he told me he already had someone enroute to pick up the replacement tires from another location. 2 minutes later, my vehicle is getting worked on while tires are enroute and I'm drinking a hot cup of coffee. Thank you again Robert and your staff on amazing customer service, courtesy, and great prices. It is such a huge plus that none of the staff ever tries to force sell additional products or services beyond letting you know areas of concern. You guys are awesome! Amazing teamwork on all of you guys working together (Robert, Marcos, Jonathan), no wonder vehicles are in and out fast! Wow! Great prices, but most of all, these guys are amazing, super friendly, and extremely professional !!! I was helped by Robert from my initial phone call for a quote until he waved me off and wished me a good rest of my day. Ask for him and I can guarantee he will take care of you. While I didn't see a manager tag on any of the guys, you Robert definitely carried yourself as a leader and very knowledgeable worker, salesman, customer service representative, greeter, cashier. Your experience and above and beyond friendliness just ensured that my whole family will come back for all their automotive needs. I initially started with a quote for 1 tire, ended up getting 4 brand new run flats, now my wife wants to come back for 4 tires and rims from him as well. Thanks Robert and the guys that worked on both our vehicles for your courtesy and professionalism, but most of all, for never pushing for a quick sale or being salesy if that's a word. You guys are awesome!

The guys here went above and beyond helping me find a tire that was a bit more aggressive for my 2016 FXT...I used to work parts also, so between all of us, after about 45 mins...we found these. The Subaru handles better, off roads better, and stands taller...great experience, great friendly staff, and a great price to top it off!!!

Called Juan because our Sequoia had a leaking front strut. He gave us a good price, better that other shops, to replace both front struts and an alignment and told me to bring it in to the store. The repairs were made same day. We really appreciate the great service! Thank you Juan and Les Schwab!

I had a terrible experience at Les Schwab in Hemet. The technician, Sierra, left the oil cap off of my vehicle, causing a huge mess under the hood. I am no mechanic but how do you forget to put the oil cap back on after an oil change. A simple oil change. She also attempted to sell me tire siping in Southern California, you know for the handful of times it rains here a year... I expected professional service but ended up with an avoidable problem. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning. But in all of this mess I do want to say thank you to the store manager Chris and Mario for bringing oil out to me when I was over an hour away. Still not acceptable work.

This store has a friendly knowledgeable staff with a good selection tires and wheels. They are quick and efficient, if you chose to wait, the lobby is clean and comfortable as well the restroom. They even have a popcorn machine, coffee and water.

First time customer, now, lifetime customer. Called yesterday because my mechanic wanted to charge me $450.00 + for 4 shocks for my 1997 Lincoln Town car. I called yesterday, got my quote for the same shocks, $310.00, out the door and was told they needed to order them, a 10 minute task. Told the person I would be at the shop this morning right after opening. This morning I arrived at 830 am, as I was backing into the space, I saw the front counter person run out of the store to my driver side door, in the rain. I hear, "Hi ______ you called yesterday, may I get your mileage please? Did I mention in the pouring rain? He took my keys, handed them to the tech and walked me in and said it would be about 2 hours. Service, service and more service. No up sales, treated well and they did a great job. Took longer than projected but they kept me informed. Guess what the price was? Exactly as quoted, $310.00 out the door. If you want great service like the way things were 20-30 years ago, if you want to see employees working, running and hustling AND doing a great job, go here. Did I mention free pop corn, free coffee, free water, free cell phone charging and assorted vending machines (not free of course) My car drives like it's new, customer for life.

I had the pleasure of working with Josh and Gabby. I needed to find specific tires for a trailer and Josh was very patient with me and taught me all about the different options and what those options meant for weight capacity etc... He went above and beyond to make sure I felt valued and cared for as a customer. Once there to install my tires, Gabby helped me inside and went above and beyond with kindness and professionalism. I will be a forever Les Schwab client now because of them. As a Mom, I want to make sure my vehicles are safe, Josh and Gabby made sure as far as tires go, we were! Thanks guys!

I was attended fairly quickly but I waited 2.5 hrs just for my car to pulled into the garage. Wish they would have told me it was going to be long wait time, instead they made it seem like it was going to be quick. The person that checked out my car was very pushy and became rude when I said I will have to schedule the quoted repair for another day because I had things to do. This was the first negative encounter I had with them, usually it's fast and staff are helpful.

Avoid this place...they are not professional and serious when they give you a fee price. Ispoke with the manager Juan and try to buy a set of 4 tires and they print the information of the tires and price and I did acept...10 minutes later they told me the price will be more and a different brand of tires...which is not what my paper said...I'm attaching what they offered me and then they changed it for another overpriced tires. Stay away from a place like this...avoid stress and problems

1000/10 experience. Mario & Gabriel are amazing. We had a flat tire coming all the way from Arizona. Riding on a risky spare. They stayed overtime to help us. Our belongings were getting wet from the rain and they moved it all inside. They were hospitable to us and our dog! There really are good people in this world!!! A raise is deserved!

Lifesavers! We had a tire with low air, went to the gas station to fill it up and got a screw on a different tire leaving the gas station. It was late and did not know where to go being new to the area. But luckily we spell this tire center and they were incredible. We called ahead of time asking if they would be able to help us and they quickly answer it and said yes. We drove over there and they quickly got started on our tires. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, quick. They even stayed a couple minutes after closing to finish the job. We are very thankful to the staff. Definitely recommend them.
