We came in to see a vehicle that we researched online. Tiger was very helpful in getting us all the information necessary to make a decision to purchase. He made sure we were comfortable with everything. He was very friendly. The whole process was easy and we were out of the door in time for our afternoon appointment. Nice people, place looks as if it was built in 1940 and never touched since. Parking lot - shop is pitiful. Shop is literally rusting thru, parking lot is horrible. Really need to remodel or sell out.

I had visited 2 other dealerships prior to visiting Tony at Leson. He had a vast knowledge of all of their inventory and wanted to give me the best deal possible. The Finance Joseph was great as well. He offered me everything , I was looking for, unlike Ford on Lapalco. Ford tried to add, all types of fees and unwanted services to my contact. Their dishonesty had me walking out the door without even saying goodbye. Thank you Tony and Joseph.

Went here for a service issue, they caused more problems than my vehicle originally went for , attempted to pass it off without saying anything. No ACCOUNTABILITY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The service manager told me he stood in many welfare & food stamp lines ??? What , when I informed the GM lol I was told I took that statement out of context WOW ,that he meant he helps anyone . I'm sorry would it not been easier to just say I help anyone not to mention professional. I requested a list of all the " issues they claim my car has , that oh wasn't listed in the diagnostics the required me to have done & I paid for still waiting !!!!. Hey Leson for us customers we understand things will happen in business but the one thing that keeps us coming back over & over or even making new purchases is how you right your wrong!!!!! & It's the same thing that will stop us!!!!

This dealership has shown a clear lack of concern for its customers. I’ve brought multiple vehicles here for service and warranty work, and the overall experience has been disappointing. Alex, one of the service advisors, is excellent and does her best, but the department as a whole is unreliable. I was once charged for an oil change and tire rotation, yet they only filled half the oil and never rotated the tires. On another visit, warranty work was only partially completed, and calls were never returned by the service manager Loaner cars are almost impossible to get, and renting through them isn’t an option—even for recalls and major warranty repairs. After a week with no A/C in a new truck, I was told by the manager, Paul, to “try another dealership.” I did, and within 10 minutes another dealership had me in a rental and apologized for the inconvenience. That’s the difference customer service makes. **UPDATE** The service department is under new management. After speaking with Carlos about the issues that I was experiencing he made things right. I got a loaner to drive while warranty work was done on my vehicle. Not only did they fix the issues in scope but they also went above and beyond to fix other issues I wasn't aware of. Thank you for making it right Carlos and Tim.

I’m extremely disappointed with the level of communication and efficiency from the service department. I dropped my truck off on Wednesday at 9:30 AM, and I was told by Sheila that I would receive a diagnostic update within 24 hours. That callback never happened. I had to call Thursday evening because I was expecting the update she promised. Only then did she call me back later that day, saying the vehicle was “with the technician” and that I should have a diagnostic reading the following day. Friday came — no call. Saturday came — still no call. Every time I followed up, I received the same vague response: “It’s with the technician,” with no real update and no clear explanation for the delay. On Saturday morning, I called the service department three times between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM and received no answer and no return call. Out of frustration, I called the sales department, and only then did someone inform me that the service department closes at noon on Saturdays — which makes the lack of response even more unacceptable. A diagnostic should not take several days, nor should a customer have to repeatedly chase down the service department for basic information about their own vehicle. The complete lack of follow-through, communication, and urgency has been incredibly unprofessional. And frankly, if this is the level of responsiveness and organization shown during something as simple as a diagnostic, it gives me very little confidence in their ability to handle any major repairs or critical work on my vehicle. Trust is earned through communication and accountability, and neither was shown here. My truck has now been sitting there for days with no answers, no progress, and no clear timeline. I expected far better from a GMC-certified dealership. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because no customer should be left completely in the dark like this.

Once again, the receipt indicated that the tire pressures were checked but they were all the same as when I brought it in. All had different pressures and were all below the minimum recommend tire pressure. A very easy thing to do. But now I wonder what else wasn't done? Was the oil and filter actually changed? If so, was 8 quarts of new oil put in? Was the oil the correct oil? Something so simple and now I have to question everything. And of course if it comes up in conversation I'll probably tell other people. I'm a private driver and drive a lot. My 2023 Suburban already has 101,000 miles. At this point, why would I even buy a vehicle from Leson when you repeatedly can't put air in the tires?

I had scheduled a week ahead and took a day off work, for a large 7 hour repair at my reputable car shop and it required them to order bushings parts from your dealership. Your staff sent the wrong part. By 530pm the part still wasn't corrected by the dealership. I don't know what kinda place you're running, but your company needs to tighten up. I'd leave zero stars because thats what is more accurate.

I was pleasantly happy with my car-buying experience (2025 Traverse) at Leson Chevrolet. Mr. Tiger (Sales Specialist) and Jody (Sales Manager) were willing to work with my wife and me to get the car we wanted at a price we considered fair market value. They both went out of their way to ensure the vehicle was ready for us when we came by to evaluate and consider the purchase. Mr. Rodger was a professional “no pressure” finance guy and had all the paperwork ready to go when we walked in to finalize the deal. He didn’t try to up-sell us on anything we told them we didn’t want and was able to beat our outside 3rd party extended warranty pricing. Mr. Tiger was patient with us and took the extra time to show us all the features the car had. He also took time to get my wife set up after the sale so that she could use her mobile phone and drive home confidently. My father was a longtime Chevrolet owner, having purchased two vehicles from Leson over the years (his first being a brand new 4-door, 1974 Chevelle: Malibu Classic), and this is our first Chevrolet purchase. Thank you for the great experience and the start of another business relationship.

Being from out of town, the last thing you want to deal with is a car breaking down… especially on a Sunday. Given the circumstances I had my vehicle towed to the closest dealership to me in Metairie where the staff there could care less about the circumstances and inconvenience created by a relatively newer vehicle (24’ colorado). Their lack of urgency, competence and schedule knowledge inclined me to reach out to several dealerships around the area. The moment the service department answered the phone i was warmly welcomed and relieved when she said they could take a look at my vehicle within 24hrs vs 3-4 days at the other place. Immediately after hopping off the phone, i arranged a tow truck to pick up the vehicle from the original dealership to Leson. Upon arrival, Alex greeted us, checked the car in and assured us they would take a take a look at it within 24hrs. 4 hrs later i received a text with a diagnosis, solution and cost an within 6 hrs the vehicle was completed. They amazed me with how they under promised and over delivered and they spectacular customer service. I cannot recommend them enough for their hospitality. As a business owner myself, this is a well run service department and how businesses should be! Thank you!
