Vittorio Principe (Owner/ Mechanic) is THE BEST MECHANIC EVER! This guy knows what he is doing. And, he is honest and fair. I'm a "Car Brat" from Detroit/ TN that grew up within "The Big 3". I'm an auto collector/ driver. These cars have included: Alpha Romeo's; Porsches; Classic 50's MGs; 60's muscle cars with 440 magnum engines; slant 6 engines; push button valiants, 4 wheel drive Pick Ups and Jeeps. I wish I’d found Vittorio a lot earlier! I know my Mechanics. He is the best!

This review is long over due. This place has helped keep myself, and other members of my family on the road for decades. Straight up, honest, dedicated, solid service. I appreciate the fact that I can trust recommendations Vittorio makes, as years have taught me, it's not his way of lining his pocket, but of keeping me from needing a tow truck. And when picking up/dropping off my car it is easy to get to by metro north. Expert, professional, fastidious. Would give them 5 out 5 stars, and recommend it to anyone who is serious about taking care of their car(s).

Went here for a 3rd opinion as I recently bought a used 2016 fiat 500x that I wanted to look over. Needed a diagnostic and just look over, oil change, as car was making a weird noise and vibrating towards the front right near engine (engine mounts). Vittorio was very patient, explained everything to me, answered all my questions (as I'm a 1st time car owner), took time to thoroughly Chek over my car without charging me crazy pricing (as he found things wrong with my car the other mechs didn't & he charged less than they did). He also knows local tire and body shop people that I've already been to so I know they're reliable & pricing is cheap considering the neighborhood. He fixed the car, showed me what was wrong, it still had slight vibration issues, not alot, but went to recheck. Update: The reason I lowered my rating was he charged me $800 for 3 parts, 3 engine mounts but only felt comfortable installing two, told me to go to the dealing installing the other. So the price should've been lowered as I paid for 3 parts, but the price was never lowered and he never gave me the part to take with me. This was my 1st car & 1st time dealing with mechanics, I've learned alot since then & found 2 great mechanics in yonkers, master mechanics!

Hi, I took my 1991 Acura NSX to the shop and immediately upon listening to the car. He knew what was wrong with. It gave me a list of parts to get which is not easy because the car is 31 years old but I managed to get the parts a week later bought the car back, the job was done within one day, full tuneup fuel injectors, the whole 9 yards and put in a little extra work. The price is right the service is right I’m so happy I have a honest dedicated mechanic that loves his job and loves taking care of cars. I will be back.

I messaged Vittorio about a warning light on my Fiat 500. He walked me through some pre-analysis before I even visited his shop. Once we had a better diagnosis, he took a more detailed look and then gave me his recommendations on how to proceed and the estimated cost. I really appreciate how he kept me updated along the way. Genuine Fiat parts are harder to get in the U.S., but he was able to source the parts and install them for a reasonable price. He gave me links to the parts descriptions and saved the old parts so that I could have a better idea of what was done (this is a valuable education in itself). As if that wasn’t excellent enough, he also washed my car and put on some hubcaps- free of charge. I am one very happy customer!
