All I can say please Don't go there and damage your car more. They create one problem to another. They only know about money. Unprofessional. If you go please check other places first. Then check with them. Don't leave the vehicle. When you come back you might be surprised what they gonna do to your car.

They gave me a catalytic converter that only lasted a few months and when I came to show my bank transactions with they name on it showing I made the purchase there they said sorry they still couldn’t replace or fix it even tho they messed up

STAY AWAY!! They overcharged me and left pieces in my engine compartment unscrewed, almost costing me an accident along with damage I'm sure they would have tried to claim was not their responsibility... as that was the vibes I got from the owner while discussing pricing and him fishing to see how much he can get out of me.. Go down the block or something rather than deal with these sneaky drunks

Came here about 3 years ago for new muffler. Job was done fine. Was slightly more expensive than other places. I know this because it’s been 3 years since then and it rotted and fell off again. I don’t blame em for that but I got a better price elsewhere so I did not come back this time. plus, I didn’t have a good experience with them with different issue. They lied about how they fixed my leak but in the end they fixed it. Not sure if that was to overcharge me or not. But Points off for not changing my themorstat properly.

I went there for an inspection for my car. So when I got there the organization of the business is so unorganized. There were people and cars all over the place. I have tints on my car from a place that is an upscale car shop and I had spent an hour speaking to the person that advised me to not get tints that were Illegal. So I got the one that was advised from the car shop and I have papers saying it’s the legal tints. The reason why I’m saying this because they didn’t want to inspect my car at first and then when they did. They charged me 61 dollars for a 31 dollar inspection. The person who did it said I was taking money out of there pockets. Imagine. In the hood charging higher prices for an inspection that’s 31 dollars and saying that I’m taking money out of there pockets. I will never go to this place again and if I could I would give them -5 stars. Just saying.

Rip off!!! If you're a woman make sure you are accompanied by a knowledgeable man or just avoid this place overall. They start off by creating dramatic theatrics about how terrible your car trouble is, even if it's just an axle... then they'll tell you that you have more issues that need to be fixed or else they can't fix the axle... then they'll over charge and then tell you to leave your car there and that your problemis major and needs at least 2 days in the shop to fix....they will drive around town joy riding in your car all day and not work on it and then return to the shop at closing and tell you that the job is so difficult it needs to stay another day so they can charge some more (literally caught them coming in from a liquor run with my car and my mileage was expended by about 30 miles)...then they'll tell you you have more problems and they cannot proceed until you fix those issues...the whole time, all you had was a messed up axle.... total scumbags and abusive towards women. Disgusting! Update: I went to another mechanic that was recommended by family and it turns out that it wasn't even a messed up axle. It was something completely different. He literally fixed my problem within 20 minutes.These scumbags were scamming me and causing me major inconveniences by trying to make me leave my car in their shop for a "minimum of 2 days" just to rip me off! They're disgusting!

I went there to do my annual inspection I have a ceramic coat on my wind shield an have an nystate exemption for it. When the worker went to put the new sticker on it he cut my ceramic coat an ruined my windshield If you have a junk car an don’t care about quality please go there If you have something nice don’t go there these people are butchers. Then they have the nerve to act like it’s my fault an it’s the law” these new owners or who ever is running it it’s trash

DO NOT COME HERE. Oh this place is horrible. My wife went in to get her AC fixed . Come to find out it was the AC motor but changed another piece without her consent. They messed up so she came back on a Monday. I tagged along ( they had no clue I spoke Spanish) I’m observing the place and told them to change that dam piece. They wanted to charge again I told him we are not paying. ( 2 hrs later) found out the never did anything to the car in the first place. The real work was done the second time and had the audacity to ask for a tip. Told him in Spanish he wilding. You ain’t getting a dime. Do not come here. DO NOT COME HERE

Went in for a NYS inspection. double parked as all of the other cars. A 2005 smaller Mercedes SUV was backing up right into my vehicle. I tried to move and honked the horn but the car continued to back up and hit my rear passenger side door. The driver Victor A. Fernandez gets out of the car and says he wasn't looking back when I could see him looking through his own rear view mirror at the driver door. He is insisting that we do not call the police and that he will bring it to a friend in the shop to fix it for us at a good price. He insisted that we were at fault for him hitting us. He threatened if we called the police that our car would be worth nothing any more and we would be responsible for our own deductible. He became irate and hostile as he learned that the police were already arriving. He also yelled out that he wasn't waiting for the police because he had to go to work! It turned out that he owned the New City Muffler and deliberately hit us in order to exploit money from us to fix it with their own business! I would give no stars if possible! Do not trust this place! They are evil, deceiving, con artists and will stop at nothing in cheating others. He even exploits his own child in his con! Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau as well!
